Nice and clean house near chinatown

Everything was nice and clean. The bathroom didn’t have enough towels for all of us so we had to go buy some. Other than that everything was great. Will definitely book again.

Technically the house matched the specifications in the listing, but we expected a little more for the money. The unit was clean, but it was a little tired and the furnishings and decor were dated. Not all of the furniture in the pictures is there. Bedding was threadbare, synthetic fabric - we bought a set of cotton sheets at Target that were far more comfortable than the house sheets (and took them with us when we left). Towels were adequate - think junior high gym class, and only 2 thin dish towels in the kitchen. Kitchen gear has overstayed its welcome, very impressive scratches in non-stick pans, for example. General maintenance is overdue: the basin in the hall bath has a leak and we had to dedicate a towel a day to manage the water on the countertop. A chirping smoke detector needed a battery replacement (at 3 AM!), and the claimed workstations were broken-down 1988 vintage pieces that were unusable except as luggage racks. There was a dead pigeon near the pool that was eventually removed on landscape day. On the bright side, the location was convenient to the strip and the suburban locations we needed to visit.
