Este acogedor y bien equipado, alquiler de 2 dormitorios se encuentra en el exclusivo barrio de Las Olas Boulevard de Fort Lauderdale. Un paseo fácil, o 5 minutos en coche o en bicicleta, junto a la Isla de Venecia en coche le llevará a las pintorescas tiendas y restaurantes de moda a lo largo del bulevar. Dirígete en la dirección opuesta y Las Olas termina en el Océano Atlántico y te esperan 7 millas de playa de arena virgen.

Condo ha sido completamente actualizada con nuevos baños, iluminación y decoración. Cocina totalmente equipada. El Caravelle es una forma de U 13 unidades,, condominio diseño de dos pisos, a mediados de siglo, rodeado de frondosa vegetación tropical. Una piscina climatizada, con terraza y zona de barbacoa sentarse junto a un muelle. El gran canal profundo, ofrece impresionantes vistas al agua sin las multitudes frenéticas de propiedades frente al mar. Internet wi-fi y cable incluidos. No fumar ni se admiten mascotas. Además, esta es una comunidad principalmente para adultos, y no es apropiado para grupos ruidosos o perturbadores. Hay restricciones de ruido y es imperativo respetar los huéspedes de la piscina y las normas y reglamentos del área común.

Isle of Venice

Great little condo complex right on the canal. It is an older place but very clean and has all you need. The pool is very nice and you can watch the boats going in and out of the canal. Go to The Floridian for breakfast and Luigi’s Coal Oven for pizza.

Nice holidays

We enjoyed staying in Isle of Venice Drive. The apartment is a little bit old but it has all the amenities you need. The swimming pool area is very nice but we couldn’t use the bbq because it was not clean from previous guests. We didn’t have a car so we walk/took public buses or UberThe only negative point would be the noise coming from the A/C next door

Just what we needed! Would book here again!

This property was located just right for our whirlwind visit to the boat show. About the same distance to the show/beaches or downtown restaurants. The property was built in the early 60's and there's no real hiding that - but it served our needs quite well and we very much enjoyed our stay! Some things that "go with the territory" for a property this age that weren't a big deal for us. Again, our stay was GREAT, but it might bother others... -- AC system was a bit on the loud side when running (and it had to run quite a bit while we were there). -- Not much sound separation between you and outside sounds -- including neighbors. -- A bit of crumbling plaster in a couple spots and the ice maker in freezer didn't work. -- TV in one bedroom had a label that it wasn't hooked to cable, so not sure what good that was. -- Bed in the "yellow room" could use new mattress. Looks like they tried to extend its life with a topper, but it's too squishy. Like trying to sleep on a marshmellow. Having said all that, this is picking nits, and we had a GREAT stay, and both the property owner and the property manager with an absolute pleasure to deal with. WOULD ABSOLUTELY BOOK HERE AGAIN.

Homey, peaceful and comfy

We love this place! More than anything...you are family here. Absolutely everyone we had the good fortune to meet welcomed us with open arms. We left feeling like we made new friends. The condo is updated and very well equipped. All you need is there. If you have questions both the property manager, Cathy and the owners were helpful and kind and had quick answers. This space is centrally located and just over a mile to the beach and very close to shopping and restaurants as it is located just off Las Olas Blvd. Quiet at night with a most beautiful sunset. Feel free to sit by or in the wonderfully kept swimming pool while watching boats go by. We used the grill and it works perfectly. Outside our unit are some very comfy chairs and a table. Perfect for relaxing. We spent a lot of time there. The laundry is very convenient and very well kept and as well super affordable. We felt we could stay for a much longer time. I know you will love this place just like we did!

positive: + good kitchen + very good host + good bed + clean pool + nice people + good baths not so positive: - moscito screens have many holes in front door, bedroom, bath - air conditioner is very loud in living room - windows are old, you hear everything outside, cars, people talk ect. - loud air conditioner outside permanent a lot of noise from outside through old windows The place is nice, mostly clean and the bed is great. Many towels and the hosting is very good, nice people. When the windows would be renewd and the old air conditioner replaced plus the fixing of the moscito screens then it would be a big plus. TV is good, Internet is good. Pool is clean. A car is needed, parking is very good outside in front. The Hosting and people are excelent that was a big plus. Thank you.

Great location

Jennifer was able to squeeze us in at the last minute. She was easy to work with and quick to respond. Great location and the neighbors were friendly. The iguanas were fascinating.

Spacious, two large bedrooms with en suites, view from living room of pool and across to canal.

Well located. older two story condo building with a nice pool on a canal near Las Olas Boulevard. The unit is on the second floor, very spacious with recently updated bathrooms although the rest of the unit is a bit stuck in the past. One of the biggest issues is with the TV's. The one in the bedroom didn't work at all and the one in the living room was old with a poor picture. The internet worked well. With some investment in furniture, electronics, paint and new bedding this unit could be amazing. The a/c was central and worked well, the kitchen was well-stocked with dishware and cookware.

Comfortable digs just off of Las Olas

It's comfortable, homey and clean. Location is a little too far to walk anywhere, but a snap if you use Lyft or Uber. Super quiet area. Shared pool was great! Manager is super sweet and accommodating. Condo is located on second floor and we didn't see an elevator so if you have mobility issues this wouldn't be a good fit.

I've been there for more than 20 days. Everything was perfect. The apartment is as described and as it appears in the photos. Jennifer was very kind. It was not there but made sure everything was ok for our arrival. Recommended.

schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir haben als Familie (2 Kinder, 13 und 19) 4 Tage in dieser Wohnung verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage am Kanal ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig und die Anlage macht einen gepflegten und sicheren Eindruck. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß für 4 Personen und gut ausgestattet. Beide Bäder waren zwar klein, aber neu renoviert und sehr sauber. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sauber und gepflegt und wir können sie auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

A home away from home.

Great place in walking distance to the beach and Las Olas. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Some noise from construction. The apartment had everything we needed including beachtowels. We had the pool which was very clean almost to ourselves. Nice neighbours and a helpful manager. The owner was also very helpful and replied quickly to our questions. Thank you for our stay. We'll come back:)

Loved it!

This 2 master BR condo was wonderful! Great location....just the perfect size for us (two couples). The kitchen was well stocked and the place was one of the cleanest vacation rentals I've ever stayed in! Jennifer and Trudie were both very nice and easy to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Stay!

We loved staying in this beautiful condo. We were so close to everything. We like to walk, and walked down to the beach many times. It is about a 20 minute walk to the beach, and 20 minute walk to the Las Olas restaurants and shops. The condo itself is spotless clean. It has two master suites, a large living room and a cute galley kitchen. The kitchen had everything you could want. The bathrooms had plenty of towels for all. We had a lovely view of the pool and canal from our living room. The condo complex itself is very cute and quiet. Jennifer and Trudie are wonderful hosts and keep you well informed on all aspects of your trip, and are quick to answer any questions. We arrived quite late on our first night, and poor Trudie still helped us get into our condo on that night. We are very grateful to her and apologize for bothering her so late. Thank you Jennifer and Trudie for a wonderful time.

Comfortable and close to everything

Jennifer you did a wonderful job remodeling your condo in Fort Lauderdale the unit was very comfortable and nicely appointed the bed was extremely comfortable thank you for an enjoyable stay we would love to come back and visit again.

Peaceful and tropical - La Caravelle is in walking distance to the small shops and restaurants along trendy Las Olas Blvd. BBQ and relax by the pool or head out to the many restaurants and music clubs along Fort Lauderdale's world famous beach front, just a little farther down Las Olas (1.2 miles).

This is a perfect retreat in a beautiful tropical setting. It is easy to relax and watch the water or sit by the pool. But it is also just a few minutes away from the quaint shops and restaurants on Las Olas or Ft. Lauderdale's beautiful, white sandy beach! Additionally you can easily enjoy the Everglades, antiquing, bicycle riding and paddle boarding in the gorgeous Florida sunshine.
