Located in Terre Haute's historic Farrington's Grove neighborhood, this home sits on a corner lot of a quiet, residential street.
Guests will have full access to the main level of the home.
The basement, attic and back entrance are currently closed to guest access as they are being used for supply storage.

-Second Bedroom: Queen bed and rocking chair for ultimate relaxation.
-Third Bedroom: 2 twin beds, side chair, and toys for little ones.
-Fully Equipped Kitchen: Large pantry and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals.
-Dining Room: Large table with seating for 6, perfect for family meals or game nights.
-Outdoor Retreat: Enjoy coffee on the charming covered front porch overlooking a tree-lined street.
*Please Note: The home has central heating but no central air conditioning. Oscillating fans and portable A/C units are provided for guest comfort in warmer months.
Guests may park in the 2 car driveway behind the home. Street parking is also available in front of or on the side of the home along 8th and Franklin.
The home is equipped with several portable and window A/C units for guest comfort but does not have central air conditioning.
While we welcome well-mannered pets, please note that the home does not have a fenced yard. Pet owners are kindly requested to keep pets leashed when outdoors and to pick up and dispose of all pet waste immediately.
Prior to your stay, we may require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
