⫸ SECURITY DEPOSIT AND RENTAL AGREEMENT This property requires a $500 security deposit hold (not an upfront charge) and a digital signature of our rental agreement. This hold will be scheduled at the time of your reservation and collected 2 days prior to check-in. It will be released 2 days after check-out, provided that no damage has been done to the property and all house rules have been followed.
⫸ CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS The unit is equipped with a Smart Lock that allows you to lock and unlock the door using a unique code assigned to you. This code will be valid for the entire duration of your stay.

⫸ CANCELLATION POLICY VRBO and Expedia bookings are subject to a relaxed cancellation policy: You can cancel your reservation and get a 96% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you receive a 46% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are not refunded.

A great stay in a beautiful home.
We really enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated home. Everything was as described in the listing. The mattresses were comfortable, and having the bedrooms upstairs allowed the adults to be up late and the kids up early without waking each other up. We loved the location which was quick and easy to access Henday drive and the west side of Edmonton. Check in was easy and communication with the owners was excellent, clear and timely. Thanks for sharing your home with us. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Wonderful stay in Edmonton
We loved the location and home we stayed in Edmonton. I was in a hockey tournament at the River Cree casino and it was a 6 min drive and west edmonton mall is less then 10 mins away. House was clean and brand new. There is construction in the area but the house did a great job keeping the sound out. I have a 8 year old so the arcade games were a great plus to keep him busy. If you have a young child ensure you bring 2 baby gates as their are 2 sets of stairs that are not blocked off. They do not have any sports channels on the cable but the tv does have the ability to stream your phone. Overall great stay for my family.
