Perfect family getaway!

The kids had a great time! The home was spacious and the deck was perfect for gatherings. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had.

This Warm Springs area property is a beautifully decorated and equipped home backing up to a creek. The location was quiet, tranquil, and convenient to all of Ketchum and Sun Valley. More than enough room (sleeps 12) for us (5 adults infant); we could spread out and have individual privacy. The common areas (LR, Kitchen, DR, and deck) were Open Floor Plan and inviting. We had a few small glitches with the internet and door locks but Abode Properties quickly resolved the issues. This is a fairly new house with modern amenities (appliances, sound system, lighting, hot tub, etc.) and most were easy to navigate with a little practice. Although there was a supply of manuals on-hand, a "quick" version of instructions for the HVAC would have been helpful; the system ran on an Auto program and was a challenge to override. I highly recommend this property for a large family or group of friends. And, we would definitely reserve again if/when we return! Thank you.

Spacious, Private, Family-Friendly Escape

We have been traveling to Sun Valley for years and this is by far and away the best home we have stayed in! The location is perfect, a short drive to Ketchum and Sun Valley but still private with an obstructed view of the mountains. The home itself is well laid out with lots of free space, a basement perfect for kids, and a kitchen with plenty of room to move around, eat together and prepare family meals. Host was great and even stopped by with stuffed animals for our little ones. House was immaculate!

Great weekend in Sun Valley

My family recently spent an amazing weekend in Sun Valley. The house was beautifully maintained, with all the amenities needed and in a great location to enjoy the outdoors. We loved having our breakfast in the patio every morning. Abode's service was top-notch, they had great recommendations for the aerea and they help us get our bikes booked. Thank you, we will come definitely come back to this house!

Great house with a lot of cool history and memorabilia

Stayed with another family for a few days and then just ourselves. A beautiful home that has been loved for generations and well stocked. Game room downstairs was a huge hit with our kids as was the arcade machine upstairs. Fully equipped kitchen, not barebones like some places. Team was quick to respond w needs during our stay though pre-arrival communication was a little spotty. Would definitely stay again and high recommended!

Great home and great location to enjoy Ketchum and Sun Valley, with easy access to bike trails, golf courses, and we walked to town several times for dinner. The layout of the house is excellent, with two master suites and the other two bedrooms on separate ends of house. Outside area is large with grill, tables, fire pit, hot tub. The kitchen was well-provisioned and organized. Other than buying food, the home had everything! Very responsive property manager. We look forward to returning!
