Apéro is a newly built luxury cabin conveniently located in the heart of Hochatown (off Camp Ranch Rd) that provides a perfect retreat for families & friends. The cabin is on a quiet, 1.5-acre lot of wooded pines with a serene creek flowing in the backyard. Apéro was professionally decorated by a Designer with contemporary furnishings that blends well with architectural elements such as vaulted ceilings in all rooms. You will also enjoy the private hot tub, kids playground & firepit for s'mores.

This luxury retreat includes 3-bedrooms & 3 bathrooms: 2 Master suites & a bunk room with 2 bunk beds for 6 kids. 4th bedroom is set-up as a game room to provide kids with their own space.

Guest Access:

We offer keyless check-in. A custom key code is sent prior to arrival in order to enter the cabin. For your safety, the key code is automatically changed after every guest’s check out time.



Guests have access to the entire cabin except for the storage closet in the game room. All other spaces are yours to enjoy!

On top of all the essential sheets, blankets, pillows and towels; we offer coffee, coffee filters, trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher soap, kitchen sponges, dish towels, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer and towels for the hot tub. The cabin has a full-size washer and dryer and dishwasher. A sufficient supply of paper products has been provided for the duration of your stay. If you run out, you will need to restock them yourself.



Interaction with Guests:

Maximum occupancy: 10 people



You will be required to sign a rental agreement.



We do not give refunds due to weather or natural disasters.



For the safety of our guests and our cabin, we have installed exterior cameras—one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back doors cabin entrance. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound.



We do not permit the following:

- Pets

- Smoking or vaping of any kind

- Fireworks

- Parties



Must be 25 years or older to rent and the person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.



Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1,000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor fire pit.
