Summer Vacation

Overall we were pleased with the condo. Location in Destin is great and love that it is gated. Tower 1 was so close to the beach which was great. The condo had everything we needed, however would highly suggest the carpet be addressed. Very stained in both bedrooms and the whole family felt we needed shoes/socks walking around. The kitchen is well stocked which is a plus! Second time at Shoreline and both visits were great.

Our favorite location to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been to Destin 5 times and we always stay at the same location Shoreline Towers. We stayed in Tower 1 with a beach view and listening to the sounds of the ocean is so relaxing. The place was decorated beautifully and every cupboard in the kitchen was full of stuff. The owner however could update to the mattresses as they were not comfortable at all. We also had lights flickering in hallway, dining room & kitchen the whole time. I would stay here again just not this unit.

Lovely vacation

We loved it. Condo was exactly as described. Only downfall was the beach service and that was only because we were 3 rows deep on a very crowded beach and at times could not even see the ocean from our provided beach chairs.

Great place to stay

I would and will highly recommend this accommodation to anyone. Easy access to the beach, eateries and all kinds of amenities. The condo we stayed in was very clean and well kept. There was construction going on around us on the property but that never interfered with us in any way. Thank you for taking care of our reservations and keep up the good work.

Best spot on the beach!

My favorite condo so far!

I’ve been coming to Destin with my family since 2015. This unit has been my favorite by far! The pictures do not do it justice regarding the space. The sofas and recliner were comfy and perfect to kick your feet up after a long day. There’s a huge walk-in closet in the master! Storage galore. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’d need to cook. Bonus having a washer/dryer! Most importantly, the unit was very clean!! I love that it was such a short walk to the beach. I would definitely stay in this unit again!

Very nice condo

Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice with everything you would need. It was clean and very organized. I was extremely pleased with the kitchen cabinets. Our only issue was that the refrigerator was not working when we checked in. We had stopped and purchased a weeks worth of food and ended up throwing most of it away. The email said give it 24 hours but ice cream was melted and it is now Sunday so had to wait until Monday for repairs. Purchased over 3 days $30 of ice for coolers. Would definitely stay here again as the office did what they could for us.

Not long enough

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented unit 1065 for 2 nights and it was not nearly long enough. We have never stayed anywhere that was so close to the beach. From the front door to our beach chairs on the sand was less than a two- minute walk. Our unit was located in Tower 1 which is about 90% complete with renovations but we had no issues with noise or construction. The location is so convenient to great restaurants, mini golf, and the Big Kahuna water park. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Shoreline Towers .

Stress break

Property smelled bad. Had not been opened in over a year. My checkin was not ready. Took us 2 hours to get in the condo. CONSTRUCTION going on everywhere. All we heard for 4 days were drills and jackhammers. No parking only one elevator worked no hot water. Even told the property manager and she said oh well. So we left a day early. And property manager said “safe travels”. NEVER go back there. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this is one time VRBO let me down.

Ok but needs love and the website needs to be updated

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed to find that the sofa-bed listed on the website did not exist. We had to buy an air mattress for the person who was supposed to sleep on it. The internet and cable television had not been set up, the modem was there but not activated. So we had to use another condo's internet the whole week (which worked just fine). There were a couple of items that need minor repair, but nothing that caused any real issues. Otherwise the condo was in fine condition. The views were lovely and the condo was tidy. Other than being short a bed it was an enjoyable stay for everyone.

Nice Enough For A Short Stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice time enjoying the beach, the pool, and other amenities and overall had a great vacation. But this particular unit left us unsatisfied in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Sticky floors, dirty kitchen utensils, shower heads that felt like the water was stabbing you, and extremely uncomfortable beds, sheets, and pillows. The master was ok, but the second bedroom was like sleeping on a bath pillow. Ended up sleeping on the sofa instead. My advice is to bring your own pillows at least.

Good family stay

Check-in was a little confusing as the security gate said they didn't have keys, we went to the office and it was closed so went back to security and they did find them. Maybe work on smoothing that out. The Mexican restaurant around the corner was amazing! The pool was nice and heated. Wish the tennis courts were open, they were being repaired and there really was not a basketball court. The hoop needs some fixing. It would be nice to have a small skillet (non-stick) in the kitchen. Laundry in unit was nice. Very family friendly. Was not loud and could not hear other units. Nice having TVs with cable in the bedrooms. A light was burned out in the master closet. You should let people know there are carts in the garage for check-in, those were helpful. The Chairs/umbrella at beach as part of reservation was awesome, took advantage of that daily. Felt safe and would bring my family back.

Great Place to Stay!

My family and I enjoyed the location of this condo. We had a great view, everything was clean, and plenty of space for our family. It was great to be right on the beach, and close to all the attractions. We can’t wait to come back!

My family and I enjoyed the location of the Shoreline Towers condos! It was just a short 1-2 minute walk to hit the sand and it was very close to convenient shopping like Target, Winn-Dixie, and surf shops! We'll definitely be back!

Our family vacation

Our price went up to 1800.00for something that was beyond our control. when er got there the floor had not been mopped. oor 9 month was black from crawling . The dishwasher was standing full of soured water The air was low on freeon. took till Monday to get fixed. The manager should have been aware of these things before we got there.Appartently it wasn,t inspected be we arrived as should have been. It wold be a great place to if had better help.

The room stayed in the 75 degree and in the lower 80's the whole time. The maintenance staff was called 2 times and finally came out on Thursday. The water in the showers was so hot you couldn't stand under the wat er. The pool was a good 2 blocks away from our room. The view was great, we love Destin but probably wont ever stay at shoreline towers again.
