**This unit provides a complimentary beach setup of two chairs and one umbrella for every day of your stay from March 1 - October 31**

Unit 1104 is located on the tenth floor of Tower one. Beautifully remodeled and spacious two bedroom two bath unit with an open kitchen, large flat screen TV's in bedrooms and living room, Free WiFi provided and a washer and dryer in the unit for guest convenience. There is an open balcony with a great view of the beach. One King Bed, two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. The master bath has a huge walk-in shower and is handicap friendly. Unit includes 3 TV's and 1 DVD player.

Enjoy your early morning coffee or late night dinner on the balcony. You might be able to see a school of dolphins swimming by.

You can't beat this location! In the heart of Destin, Shoreline Towers is within minutes from restaurants, shopping, water sports, fishing and golf. The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are amazing! Enjoy the soothing sauna, swim in our pristine clean pool, play tennis or shuffleboard, use the exercise room, grill out, or picnic by the lake. We even have a clubhouse for your gatherings with family and friends. Security on property 24/7 for guest safety and convenience.

Area Attractions:

You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and less than a mile from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park. Walk just steps to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation rental was one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in. It was decorated very well and was very spacious. The showers had the best water pressure and the beach view was beautiful. The family really enjoyed the umbrella set up each day. Our only complaint was that the washing machine was broken. This was very disappointing because we chose a condo over other options to have a washer/dryer. When we arrived, we found it was broken. We notified the rental management and were told they were aware and apologized for not letting us know. We were told multiple times the part was ordered and it would be fixed in a few days. On my final call, I was told I would receive a call back with an update. I did not receive a call back and the washer was not fixed throughout our stay. We were told we could use the washer/dryer on the second floor, but the washer was also broken. In my opinion, the response was less professional/concern showed from other condos we have stayed at.

Love the large master shower, open updated kitchen, and decor. We do have a few suggestions to make it even better. Patio furniture is terrible! We love to enjoy our coffee and breakfast on the patio and a table and Chairs would be a great improvement. Time to upgrade the couch, getting very worn and uncomfortable. Dining room chairs need new padding. A rug in the living room would be nice also. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would rent the unit again. uncomfortable.

Spring getaway

This is our third time to return to the towers, the second time in this unit . the last time we were here was 2021. we had a bit of difficulty locating the unit based on the unit number and weā€™re not able to get a hold of anyone in the office since it was Easter Sunday at 4:30. My husband finally figured out it was not the 11th floor, but 10th floor of tower one unit four. Once we figured that out, we had no issues through remainder of the week. We loved our stay. It was just too short!

Shoreline towers is great but wont stay in this unit again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and friendly, and the beach was beautiful, as expected. After staying and paying a premium price, I felt misled as the renovations I was told were not happening to Shoreline Tower 1 during my stay, which was a complete lie. After the first day, the workers covered our primary bedroom window and blocked our view, going up and down on the scaffold all day. The noise was all day long and even heard from the beach through most of the day. The unit directly above was under construction and made a ton of noise throughout the night. I would have stayed elsewhere if I had known the extent of the renovations and told my building was getting the work done.I feel I overpaid for the week.

Condo was AMAZING

The unit we stayed in was updated beautifully, clean and had every possible item one might need. Stunning ocean views from master bedroom and living room, well furnished balcony and my husband enjoyed the enormous TV in the living room! I loved the oversized jacuzzi tub in the maater bathroom which by the way is a woman's dream bathroom! Everything was perfect and we cant wait to stay again. Our unit also had a full size washer/dryer combo!

My only compliant is that the air conditioning was not working for the first 4 days and the manager Sharon did not try hard enough to get help to fix it. I will never stay there ever again because of the lack of effort to meet our needs and that was a shame the place was nice other than 78 degree room temp!

Wonderful getaway ! Perfect location and beautiful accommodations !

We had a great week at a beautiful location . There were some minor issues upon our arrival . The floors needed swept as there was food particles in front of the couch and the floors in the master bedroom had crumbs by the nightstand and debris coukd be seen under the bed from tge living room that hadnā€™t been swept in awhile . The toe tap drain in the bathtubs didnā€™t hold hold water , but my husband replaced the one in the master so I could enjoy the wonderful tub . The condo is beautiful and we loved the location . The grounds were kept immaculate and the beach chairs and umbrella were wonderful ! Would love to return next spring !!!
