Bsmt is occupied with separate entrance NO access to main/upper floor Close to family-friendly Located on quiet street, double car garage 5 min to C-train station giving access to all of the city Wifi 55”tv stairs from main to upper floor
The space
The home accommodate 6 guest. The flat rate is for 4 guests, after the fourth guest there is a charge of $40 per person, 3 years old and up is conceder as a pay guest make sure the amount of people matches your reservation or the money will be deducted from your damage deposit.
Walking distance to Spruce Meadows, Rocky Mountain Show Jumping.There is a wetland walking path less than 2 blocks away. the house is fully furnished with NEW sofa, NEW 55'' Tv, spacious master bedroom ensuite, hardwood floor, soundproofing between the main floor and bsm, NEW bedding, very clean and comfortable space.Balcony with BBQ 🐕 are allowed, baby under 2 years old is permitted I don’t provide crib or any baby needs. The house has stairs.
Guest access
the guests will be able to access the main floor which includes kitchen, dining room, living area, half bathroom, laundry room, balcony with BBQ, back yard. On the top floor the guest will have 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
There is NO access to the basement and the basement has no access to the upper floors.

Small dogs 🐕 are welcome not cats

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
The check out is 11 AM. The cleaners have to come to the house to get for the next guests.
Please leave the key and remote for the garage at the front table.
Please turn off he AC in your way out if we are in the summer
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The AC works at 19°C. Door and windows must be close. When you are out of the house, you must turn Off the AC to avoid freezing the pipes.
checkout is 11:00 AM. Our cleaners arrie at 11:15 am to leave the space ready for the next guests . Late check out will apply extra fee.
Clean after the dogs poop.

Close to Spruce Meadows

This property was perfect to stay at while attending a conference in Calgary. It had a lot of little extras- pantry items, toiletries and even disposable to-go cups for our morning coffees! Check-in and check out was easy and we would definitely consider staying again next year. With 3 bathrooms, it was much better than a hotel for multiple people for much less cost.

My friends and I were at Spruce Meadows for the horse show and could not have chosen a better place to stay. The house was VERY clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The host and hostess were exceptionally friendly and responsive. And the location was all I could have asked for. Thank you, Cynthia, for making our time in Calgary one we will always remember!
