The Neighborhood:

The community of Vista Cay is located on the beautiful Lake Cay, situated right next to the Orange County Convention Center and only a short distance from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld Adventure Park and even closer to SeaWorld’s Waterpark Aquatica and the new Epic universe. Vista Cay is located at Universal Boulevard and is at the center of some of Orlando's greatest experiences. Not forgetting, that this wonderful resort is only a short drive from Orlando International Airport.

Vista Cay is in walking distance to the Orange County Convention Center and the new Epic universe,

SeaWorld and Aquatica are just a 5 minute drive away. Universal Studios is 10 minutes away, and Walt Disney World 12 minutes.

There is also a Publix and Walgreens supermarket and some restaurants within walking distance from the resort.



Other Things to Note:

1. Check-in to condo: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the host has agreed another time.



2. Check-out of Condo: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the host has agreed another time in advance. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance.



3. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service.



4. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention please kindly let us know.



5.This will be a self-catering house.
