LEGAL BASEMENT SUITE
Please note, there is a legal basement suite on the property, but you’ll enjoy FULL PRIVACY and complete separation during your stay. The main unit has its own private entrance through the front door and includes a dedicated washer and dryer exclusively for your use. No shared access required.

The entire upstairs suite is fully soundproofed, thoughtfully designed for peace and quiet, and completely private. You’ll have the entire main-level space to yourself, so you can relax and enjoy.

Additional Guest: after reservation is confirmed any additional guests beyond the initial booking will incur a fee of $50.00 per guest per night.
No pets allowed on the property to ensure safety of others who might have allergies. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 charge.
Please do not wear outdoor shoes inside the house. No food in bedrooms or couch. Additional fee for unregistered guest of $50 per night.

Weekend getaway to Edmonton!

We loved staying here while we were in Edmonton for a concert. There's a park close by for the kids. Easy to get uptown for the concert and to West Edmonton mall. Met our needs and the host was accommodating to help make our stay welcoming.

RGW’s Cozy CASA is exactly as advertised. The home is newly renovated and very modern and clean. Lots of space and very comfortable rooms and common areas. Highly recommended for a family or small group. Only thing missing that would have been nice on a hot weekend was air conditioning. Other than that it was a great rental property and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home

We were very impressed with the property. It was quite luxurious. Only negative would be the location on a busy street. However, we could not hear any traffic once inside the home. A very lovely experience. High end finishes in this lovely home. Please note: no third bathroom or hot tub.

This will be an honest review. The house was lovely. The renovation is beautiful. I can't comment on any of the appliances or kitchen supplies as we didn't use them. The house was very clean and I notice the details. We did have an issue on our first full day, as a dining chair leg collapsed the first time my son in law(160lbs)sat on it. Whether it was damaged by a previous occupant or it was just the cheap hollow tube construction, the fact remains that it broke through no fault of his. I was charged 150 and because he responded to my dispute I guess I am responsible. Also, this house is on a very busy road in Edmonton. While our family in the bedroom in the back of the house couldn't hear the trafficking, the master suite was not as soundproof. I wish I had brought earplugs, as stated in another review.
