Great home for large group

Had a great weekend with friends in Fredericksburg. We had a large party of 10 and had plenty of room for 5 couples. Everything was as advertised and very clean. Great patio for gathering and enjoyed the hot tub as well. Will definitley stay here again when we return.

We had a great overall stay and the location was definitely one of its biggest highlights—close to everything we needed and very convenient for getting around. Definitely walkable but no sidewalks in the neighborhood.
