Peaceful and centrally located walkout basement apartment. 14 mi/20 minutes from downtown Saratoga and the race course Race Course. 15 minutes from Saratoga lake and Clifton Park. 10 minutes (5.6m) from the Schaghticoke Fairgrounds. One bedroom with a queen size Sleep Number mattress. Mini refrigerator, microwave, and drip style coffee maker all located in the bar area.. Wood stove, bar (refreshments, not provided), private hot tub, outdoor seating area with a propane fire table. Speakers above the bar area and outdoor seating area for your music listening pleasure. Dimmable lights throughout. 15' x 30' inground saltwater swimming pool (closed for the season). Private entrance. No pets on premises. No smoking inside.

Great overnight getaway

The stay was clean and well set up, hot tub is clean and nice out door space you can use.

Excellent stay

The location and the apartment was excellent. The only thing it needed was a luggage rack and a couple of hooks in the bathroom. But other than that, we loved the place especially the beautiful pool. Steven was excellent.

Belmont Horse Race

Enjoyed our stay in Stillwater, being over by the lake was a nice change from downtown Saratoga. Short ride to horse track and SPAC. Host was great, place was as described. Enjoyed our morning coffee in the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!

The host is very friendly and he response very quickly. This is basement and the property is new on market. I find it a pricey. Overall is good.

awesome in the Springs

Stephen was an awesome host. Response time less than 10 minutes. The place was clean and comfortable. Wood burning stove awesome and hot tub did the trick. only microwave and wine fridge but what more do you need. Awe the music “ THE BEST SOUND SYSTEM” Have fun my fellow travelers.

Steve’s place in Saratoga

We had a very nice stay at Steve’s place. The basement apartment was very comfortable & the back yard was perfect with an in-ground pool & hot tub. My only complaints are, there was a coffee maker, but no coffee, cream, or sugar. The other issue we had was the unlit path to the apartment entrance. We came back late one night from a concert and there was no light to get from the driveway to the apartment. I should also mention there is a slight incline. It’s an lawsuit waiting to happen.

I stayed here while in the area for a wedding. The host was very welcoming, courteous, and responded quickly to any question I had. The place was very clean and comfortable. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely consider staying here again.
