entertaining your family and friends with a welcoming, open-concept Great
Room living, dining, kitchen on the top/main level and a lower-level living
space for more intimate gatherings, both with wood burning fireplaces and
beautiful décor. and two levels of living space. From the deck you can look at beautiful Sierra Blanca,
star gazing and watching the elk, deer and wild horses graze.

Enter the property through a rustic gate, up the stairs to several covered and uncovered patios and the front entrance. As you enter the front door you are welcomed by a large, fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, all the tools you need to prepare that gourmet meal and a breakfast bar that seats six 6. A large dining table is also featured, seating eight 8 and placed in front of the West windows for those gorgeous mountain views. If you are looking to grill, a large gas grill is available just off the kitchen in an outdoor cooking and dining space – what a wonderful place to enjoy a glass of wine with old friends or a peaceful al fresco dinner.

The Great Room features vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows for
amazing views of the mountains. Multiple seating areas provide plenty of
space for watching the large TV, playing games, or just enjoying friends and family. In case you need to do a little work, a desk and chair are provided with Hi-Speed Wireless Internet access. The TV and gaming areas are separated by a 3-sided wood burning fireplace.

Our four bedroom home features 3 king beds and 1 queen bed. Both bedrooms on the top/main level are kings with en-suite baths and full closets. One of these bedrooms also offers a sleeping nook with a set of bunk beds in case you want to keep the kiddos nearby.

The downstairs level is accessed via an interior stair well or outside door off
the covered two-car carport. This level features a cozy living room, wood burning fireplace,
a King bedroom and a Queen bedroom as well as a shared full bath. Lots
of comfy seating and shelves of books if you are looking for a quiet place
away from the fun and games upstairs.

With a double covered carport and large driveway there is ample room for four 4
vehicles. This home offers easy year-round access off of Country Club
Drive.

Your host is on property in a private suite with a separate entrance, for your
convenience and attention when needed.
