The house is situated on a hill and has an impressive view over the olive and carob trees to the sea. There is a stone barbecue outside, near the garden. The swimming pool is of generous dimensions and is available exclusively for the tenants. If you rent the house during the heating period, you will incur additional costs depending on its use.
