I found this to be a perfect spot for my dog and I! Yes it can be a little noisy as it is an apartment, but by evening it all quiets down. It was cozy, super location and great for the dog traveler. The back yard helped so much, but its right next to the greenbelt and a dog park. But all of Moab is so walkable and dog friendly. Also, a lot noted the front TV. The issue is it is an older TV not set up for streaming. But it works fine, just buffers a few times. The bedroom TV works just fine. Overall it was really a great spot for us.

Safe, easy to enter and exit. It’s dog friendly, yay!, but dog waste container needs to be emptied. This unit has issues with living room tv.

great location when you want to be near mainstreet.has a separate bike storage shed in the back.worked well for this senior couple visiting Arches.everything worked.

The unit was as expected except for the NOISE! You can hear EVERYTHING and everyone around you.A lot of people coming and going at all hours. The unit itself is well appointed and the location was fantastic.

Moab Flats

We had a good time, we stayed there three nights. Like most other people who visit Moab, we were there for the national parks. We'd stayed there before, so we knew what we were getting into. It was nice, clean, and comfortable. We liked the hot tub, too.

Great Flat

Very clean and nice. Quiet neighborhood yet walkable to everything downtown. Nice yard for hanging out after being out and about all day. Would stay here again.

Perfect Place

We had a wonderful stay in this well appointed flat. The back area is completely fenced to enclose a hot tub and nice, large sitting area. There is a propane fireplace with Adirondack chairs around it. There is a dog poop station too. They even supplied laundry soap, dryer sheets, coffee and filters. We brought our own custom roasted, snobby coffee though. The location was perfect, one block off main street and a couple of blocks to Bark Park - a large dog park we utilized. Communicating with the property manager was a breeze and replies were extremely prompt. I highly recommend you stay here when in Moab, you won't be disappointed.

Great location and property!

We really enjoyed staying here. Nice property with quality finishes and in a fantastic location. The only things we didnt love were that the walls of the place were very thin. It was easy to hear neighbors and their moving around late at night was noisy in out unit. Also would have been nice to know the hot tub was not in service. We were looking forward to that in our stay.

Cozy Spot

This lodging was great for a long weekend with our dog. Very walkable location, super easy check-in, everything felt comfortable. A few quirks like not having two bedside tables and a lack of outlets in the bedroom. The walls are thin and we could hear the neighbors, but it wasn't disruptive. My biggest complaint is that the listing had a hot tub as the amenities (this was a large factor in choosing this place during the colder season) and the hot tub was drained and under maintenance during the stay. I wish this was communicated before booking or listed on VRBO. When I reached out to the property manager, there was no communication from them and I felt a bit misled. This was disappointing. Overall we had a nice stay in a comfortable space, but I wish there was more communication about the hot tub and from the property manager.

Great location. That's about all.

This is a pet-friendly property. That's great if you have a dog - or if you like the smell of wet dog - because that is the overwhelming odor of this apartment. Concrete floors and leather furniture help, I'm sure, but the beanbag-looking doggy bed (?) we had to put in the closet to try to contain the stench. Aside from the smell, it appeared to be relatively clean. The property (including the bathroom) is small, as described. Good enough for two people, but I wouldn't want to try to fit a third, especially with additional luggage or gear. The TV in the bedroom is smart (Roku, TCL, etc. - I don't remember), but the main set in the living room is not. 90s tech with a Satellite TV box (DirecTV, I think). No streaming, so bring your own stick if you want. There's only one bedside table and one outlet (by way of an extension cord from the center wall buried behind the bed). We had to bring a chair in from the kitchen to make our own second bedside table, but only one of us could have our phone handy / charging. The lighting in the tiny bathroom is very poor and the only ventilation comes from the ground-level window in the shower - go ahead and open it if you want to potentially give the neighbors to the shared back yard a show. And obviously, there are security problems with leaving it open if you're not there. Moab is great, but I would not stay here again if there was any other option. A hotel would have been much more comfortable.

The location of this apartment is great. Walkable to restaurants and shops in Moab. The bed was comfortable and amenities of the place are great.

Our unit was clean and comfortable. Very close to everything in town and we walked to eat most nights. Will definitely use again.

Very Comfortable!

We only stayed one night, but I appreciated the bed most of all! It was the right amount of firmness. The kitchen is not made for cooking big meals, but the whole place was very comfortable. 2 things: There is a lot of noise from the other apartments - not much noise buffering. Also, get at least 3 more ice trays! I had to laugh because I had about 10 ice cubes to use until I went to the store and bought a bag of ice. Come on!

Unresponsive

I HATE giving negative reviews, but unfortunately, sometimes you have to in order to communicate a point that was otherwise dismissed during the process. Super disappointed. Very unresponsive. Waste of money. Would never work with these folks again.
