Good with potential to be better
We stayed at this property for 5 weeks. There were definitely some pros and some areas ofOpportunity.ProsInside was clean and as describedKitchen VERY well stockedComfortable bedsThe converted patio worked great as an officeEasy walk to the beachSafe area, close to everythingAreas of opportunityWe were drawn to this house because it is dog friendly. While the inside worked well,the yard needs some serious work! The backyard is full ofburrs that got in the pups paws. Curb appeal needs some work! The window awnings in the back can’t be safe! Rusted and in poor condition. Was afraid someone was going to split their head open!Management company could use some help! The signing of the contract was a mess! Wrong contract was sent (different property) and the week before we were to apply, they surprised us with an outrageous dog fee. We negotiated around that but please…be upfront with costs!Hope the outside eventually matches the comfort of the inside.
