Family vacation

We booked this place for a week. This is the most beautiful, cozy,clean place I have ever rented. The property manager is awesome.

Host was receptive. Couldn’t get wi fi to work. The back yard wasn’t mowed so couldn’t be used. The house was clean and entry and exit was easy. Price was good for the property

Convenient location and beautiful landscaping.

Overall, the place was decent for us. Location was fairly close to everything we needed. Towels and linens were a little old and not fresh. Backyard cushions were pretty dirty. We did have one electrical outage, which caused issues with hot water. Also the last day we had no hot water, but we did have electric.

Bryan, the host, was very responsive. When we ask for hand towels and wash cloths, he went right out and bought some. The house itself was minimally adequate.

Nice place to stay before cruising

We needed a place to stay before we boarded a cruise as we fly in the day before. Check in was simple and communication was quick. The backyard was a nice place to sit and enjoy the beautiful weather. We felt safe where we were but a few blocks down can be a little sketchy. If we were staying there longer, we would have rented a car, which would have made it easier to get around but there was a Dunkin Donuts across the main road which was a very short walk from the property. I would recommend staying here. The property was clean and comfortable.

Host interaction was great! Home was clean, but it was missing some basic amenities (soap in main bathroom, liner in trash bin, paper towels or napkins in the kitchen would have been nice). The main drawback to this site is its location. We needed to get some food and other items, and saw there was a Walgreens within walking distance. On our walk we realized it was not a great neighborhood, especially when we were literally threatened by a man with a knife! He eventually backed off when he realized that my husband and his friend were prepared to fight him back, but it was definitely a scary ordeal.
