I am a long time SF resident and love my international city and helping others discover its beauty and nooks and crannies. This neighborhood is one of the few areas where you really don't need a car and everyone is safe strolling at all times.
Owner purchased this Condo in 2009
Why Owner chose Marina District
I love walking by the waterfront for sunsets and never tire of looking at the GG bridge. This is my favorite neighborhood with gorgeous views that everyone thinks of when they see pictures of San Francisco. Neighborhood has a fun vibe with lots of fabulous restaurants, wine bars and shops.
What makes this Condo unique
Unique and private garden setting. Beautiful architecture, quiet neighborhood with postcard-like vistas everywhere you look. First floor (so no stairs to climb either). Walking distance to main attractions or San Francisco.

This apartment is in one of the best locations in SF...convenient to great attractions and in a most beautiful area.
The apartment is nicely and efficiently furnished to make the most of the space.
Laura is very attentive, making sure all is well with tenants. We recommend this apartment.
Restful and great location!
This property was amazing. It is very centrally located across from the marina but very quiet and comfortable. I could easily walk to several cute shops and restaurants.
The Murphy bed was super soft and the sitting area had several chairs and a couch to sit on.
The bathroom was roomy and stocked with shampoo and conditioner, which was helpful.
The kitchen had everything I needed including pots and pans, small refrigerator, coffee and tea maker.
My favorite part was the patio and garden area with trees and plants. It was such a peaceful place to have my morning coffee.
Laura was communicative and prompt and answered any questions that I had. The 2 key situation was a little complicated but once I figured it out not a problem. I would highly recommend this place and can’t wait go back!
Perfect location in the Marina District
We loved having breakfast on the private patio. It is beautiful! Laura, the owner is wonderful- very helpful and accommodating. We would return again
The Marina is an outstanding neighborhood, and this apartment is cute, quiet and cozy.
Fabulous location, comfortable apartment, and gracious host (Laura). Put this at the top of your list.
Perfect getaway to San Francisco
This was a perfect location for my husband and me to revisit the part of San Francisco where we lived over 40 years ago. The bus to the Golden Gate Bridge is just 2 blocks away, then we walked back along the waterfront, stopping for hot chocolate at the visitor center. Another time we walked past Ghirardelli Square and Fisherman's Wharf along the water to the Ferry Building for lunch, returning home through North Beach and Russian Hill. Great restaurants on Chestnut Street are just a 10-minute walk away. We felt like locals again. One night we ate in the apartment and shopped at Safeway 2 blocks away. Perfect. Very quiet at night -- no problem sleeping. Hope to return soon.
