Wonderful & Spacious Cabin

The location of this amazing cabin was perfect for our weekend getaway to Seven Springs. It was roomy and had everything we needed to make us feel at home. It was clean and the beds were comfy. We would definitely come back and in the summer to enjoy the pool!

Perfect Ski Accomodations

This home was perfect. It was located within 15 minutes to Seven Springs and Hidden Valley. The home was clean, spacious and very well equipped with up to date appliances and amenities. The sleeping arrangements were perfect because we had two infants and they had bunk beds in a room directly connected to the parents bedroom and there were plenty of toys for the children. I highly recommend this house for a family.

Upon arriving, there was a heating issue and the road to get to the house was in poor shape. Anyone without an SUV or truck would risk damage their car. The host let us know 4 hours before arrival that there was a heating issue and that the road was in disrepair. While he did have the heating issue corrected, the home was still cold when we arrived. He did offer a full refund if we decided to cancel, however last minute on a holiday weekend, there was nothing else available. His response to the heating issue was that there were two space heaters…for 6 spaces not including bathrooms. Upon arrival, there were dirty dishes in the sink. The maintenance guy that was there when one of us arrived, stated that he left a few dishes in the sink that “he couldn’t get to.”We liked the layout of the home and the living spaces were spacious but the home overall did not feel clean as there were cobwebs throughout. The host refunded us only 15% of our rental cost. The lack of cleanliness, poor communication, and unresolved maintenance issues significantly impacted our experience.

Very disappointed

The road to the property was horrible. The rest of our party could not come up the road without damaging their vehicles. We told the host we were not staying and still have not heard back. We had to find somewhere else to stay and still don't know if our money will be returned. When we left that same night we did damage our vehicle.

Filthy inside, outside in disrepair

This property was filthy inside, full of bugs, mouse poop. Even found mouse poop in bedding. Outside was in disrepair. Should not be rented. Broken railings, broken out door lighting, decking. Weeds overgrown. The driveway is a dirt road with deep ruts and unnecessary bumps. Nobody is maintaining this property.
Garbage everywhere which I thought it’s just animals, it happens. But it was old and degrading so it had been there for weeks/months

Girls Snow Tubing Weekend

This property is set in the mountain ridges near ski resorts so location is convenient- however during winter snow access to the property was more than a bit hairy. The pictures show the parking near the property not the steep grade up to it( which is not marked as the road address) . The weather had been snowy with the days sunny causing melt during the day with complete freeze ice at night - it was impassable with 4 wheel drive. Notified host and he sent someone however their attempt of any plowing or salting was low standard. The home itself was actually lovely for what we needed /plenty of open social space , bedrooms and bathrooms nice. There was an issues with a small couch leg and if fireplace , tv are on in living room using the microwave will trip the breaker. With all the shoveling I did to get the vehicles Safety parked at the bottom of drive at l least I burned calories. There were a couple other issues discussed with host and hopefully property management can work out the kinks on this property . Winter pro tip bring shovel , salt, anti skid but was overall pretty property.
