Amazing Overlook Mtn Cabin Near DT Blue Ridge

3 BR, 3 BA (+ 4 twin bed sleeping loft) spacious mountain cabin w/ breathtaking layered views, only 5 miles from downtown Blue Ridge! While outside you can relax by the gas or log fire pit, unwind in the hot tub or dine while overlooking the magnificent Appalachian Mountains. This mountain retreat will give your party plenty of space on any of the three levels which includes a pool table, living area w/ an open floor plan (and updated kitchen) & a bed/bath w/ balconies/views on each floor.

Walk in the front door to an open floor plan with the newly updated kitchen and . There is a king bedroom on this level with a wrap around porch with plenty of rocking chairs and outdoor dining table all with magnificent views.

If you go upstairs you find the newly built loft with 4 twin beds and the master bedroom with a king bed and 55 inch tv. An awesome porch for morning coffee with an incredible view.

If you go downstairs find another 65 inch tv over a fireplace with three full size couches. There is also a new shuffleboard table and a pool table with brand new felt, a 3rd bedroom and 3rd bathroom. Walk out the back door to the hot tub or to the two outdoor fire pits and overlook area.

Paved road access all the way up Sunrock Mountain and easily accessed in a 2wd vehicle. There is plenty of paved parking in the driveway for guests.

After each guest, we thoroughly clean and refill the hot tub to ensure it's in pristine condition for your enjoyment. However, please note that the hot tub will not be immediately heated to your desired temperature upon your arrival. It takes some time for the water to heat up to the desired temperature, so we ask that you adjust the temperature as soon as you arrive if you plan on using the hot tub during your stay. The hot tub should bever be set above 104 degrees for health reasons.

Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500. However, to benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out. Damage due to pets and smoking is excluded. The damage waiver serves as a replacement for the conventional security deposit.

This is a beautiful cabin! The views of the mountains were incredible! We loved the outside deck/patio and enjoyed making s’mores with the grandkids! The beds were all comfortable! The basement was a second cozy area to gather and play! We also loved the close proximity to Blue Ridge! Would highly recommend this cabin!

Checkin was easy. Location a good within 15 mins to most things we wanted to do downtown Blue ridge. Generally clean but a lot of the dishes were dirty. Could use an upgrade on cookware-get rid of Teflon. Also need a flat skillet. It has a beautiful view from the back of the house looking to the mountains

Nice family weekend away

We had a great stay at the cabin. Definitely got some much needed family time in. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the back patio did not look like the photos in the listing. There were a lot of weeds overgrown everywhere including the steps from the deck down to the firepit area. We did enjoy the fire pit one night but prob would have utilized this area a lot more (part of why I booked this cabin) if everything wasn’t so overgrown and was maintained to look the way it does in the listing photos.

Endless Mountain View

We absolutely loved our getaway! The cabin was extremely clean, well furnished, and very spacious. The patio was picture perfect and we enjoyed having the option of both gas or wood burning fire Pitt! There was plenty of dining space both inside and outside. The bedrooms and bathrooms were VERY spacious and clean! We also enjoyed the game room and hot tub! This cabin is pet friendly. We really liked that the main level outdoor deck was gated off. Our dog was able to roam around without us worrying about her getting out. We highly recommend this property! We would love to see the clear Mountain View during the Fall or Spring as well because even now during the cooler month it was spectacular! I am sure the colors would be stunning! I rate this house a 5 out of 5! My only recommendations would be additional cookware. We had a family of four and cooked most meals at the cabin. We were in need of a large skillet and large cooking tray. Also, my other recommendation is a different placement for the security camera outback. Currently, it is placed directly over the hot tub. I don’t believe it was facing the tub directly but I am not fully sure. I would just recommend a different placement for guest privacy. But, as stated it was an amazing property and we really enjoyed our stay!! Thank you!

Our stay was absolutely incredible. Two families with two little dogs and two children under three met up at this beautiful home for a week of family time. The home had wonderful amenities, was more than able to house all of us, and provided some incredible entertainment spaces with stunning views. We had actually originally booked another house in the area that ended up canceling on us last minute due to property damage and we found this one instead. The host was super helpful, considerate, and very attentive to our every need, especially with the last minute booking. They provided text messages with important information, a digital guidebook, and always responded to text messages quickly and checked in after a few days to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything we could think of was in the house, including baby items (high chair, pack n play, stroller, and bathtub) which came in so handy. The views are beyond incredible and are by far the selling point of this place - this property absolutely offers everything you could ever think of and more, and the multiple indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces offer comfort and spectacular views. All family members were incredibly pleased with the house and agreed that we would all love to come back!! Super family friendly with incredible views and homey comfort - what more could you possibly ask for!
