Severely Disappointed

My husband and I have not got away in years. When I had requested (online) if we could get a room with a view of the Columbia River. They responded back they would try to accommodate that. When we checked in our room it faced an old run down building with trolly tracks that had closed signs/gates everywhere which was also very rundown looking. My husband and I tried are hardest to enjoy our view but after a hour and half we just packed up and went home. Heidi did offer us another room but of course with more money. Over all we were very disappointed in our stay and I’m really hoping I can get a refund. I do have pictures if you would like to see the view we had?
