Paddleboard out the back of the property or walk 2 blocks to the sandy beaches of Ocean City or take the family for some fun on the world famous Boardwalk. Your cleaning fee includes a full sanitized linen package - beds will be made and bath towels will be out for your use.

The Space:
Brand New Construction on 15th Street in Ocean City has both Bay and Ocean Views.

This unit does not rent to groups of people under 25 years of age.
This unit does not rent to Senior week groups under any circumstances.

The unit features 3 parking spots, full laundry room, personal bathroom per bedroom, and luxury finishes.
Boats up to 21' can get a slip for $200 per stay. Just inform the host at confirmation you want a slip to confirm availability.

Walking distance to the White Marlin Open and Harbour Island - 2 blocks.

This is a 2nd floor unit with elevator access to your floor.

This property is beautiful. Very modern and clean finishes, floors, decor, etc staying here truly elevated our experience. Location is perfect and it’s a huge plus that the common areas were spacious and each bedroom had a separate bathroom and balcony. Property management team was easy to work with as well. Will definitely stay again in the future!

This condo is absolutely fabulous, and our family loved staying there. It is beautifully decorated, and spotless. The property manager is amazing, and took the time and care to make sure we had everything we needed for a great well. The location is perfect - easy walk to the beach and gorgeous views of the bay. I highly recommend!

Very Nice, Spacious, and Conveniently Located to Boardwalk

Our group of 10 was extremely please with this rental. It appeared to be brand new. Plenty of space! Bedrooms and bathrooms were great (and clean). Location is just off of bay side, yet it is an easy walk to boardwalk. Parking for three made unloading and loading a breeze. We will be back!

The home is Beautiful. Very roomy and spacious. It was a total of 8 of us and we didn't feel crowded or on top of each other. The home was clean, bright and felt like home!The home was in a great location. We walked to the beach and boardwalk which was only 2 blocks away. Parking was very convenient and safe. The hosts were communicative and responsive. We truly enjoyed our weekend getaway!Will be back soon!

Lovely and Spacious

We stayed here for Ocean’s Calling and absolutely loved it. There is so much room. Plenty of space for group time and alone time. The furniture is comfortable and clean. Everything is new. The beds were comfortable which is never the case. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. TVs everywhere. Kitchen is well stocked. We stay in a lot of rentals and this one is far one of the top. Will definitely stay here again.
