The space
The home is set over two levels with the upper level comprised of a spacious lounge with air-conditioning and fold-out bed, large near-new kitchen with adjoining dining room, sundeck with stunning views at the front and sheltered covered patio with BBQ at the rear. There are two large bedrooms both with storage as well a toilet and laundry.

Downstairs is the large second living room with two sets of bunks, ideal for the kids retreat. The new main bathroom is also on the lower level.

There is also plenty of parking for extra cars or for your boat and the boat ramp just a couple of hundred metres away.
