Spacious four-bedroom bi-level cottage tucked in the woods - half-mile walk to Downtown Frankfort and the beach and a 15-minutes drive to Crystal Mountain. Enjoy a beautifully appointed home with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the surrounding trees, along with an expansive second-floor, wrap-around patio. The perfect blend of woodsy privacy and seclusion paired with walkability. Great for a family and/or friends getaway in northern Michigan.

Four bedrooms: two main floor bedrooms with king beds in each, two lower level bedrooms, one with two full beds, and the other has a bunk bed with an upper twin ad lower full.

WARNING!! HORRIBLE Host & FILTHY House!! From the top:-Wrong directions to get into the home.-No A/C-Most windows do not open (broken handles)-Strong musty smelly finished basement-Broken fans-Broken toaster-Missing window screens-Dishes, cups and refrigerator filthy-Stains in master bedroom floors-POOP/URINE STAINS ON BED SHEETS!!-Contacted host about getting into property due to inaccurate entry directions. Replied fairly quick.-Contacted host about broken fans. Was told cleaning crew is far away and for me to get them. This was after many hours went by and I had to reach out to find out they were going to do nothing.-Contacted VRBO after my stay and the host lied to them by saying they were going to order fans by Amazon. Lies.This property is not well maintained. Cleaning crew doesn’t clean well either. Treated like a party house. Totally gross!!
