This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a renovated dependency or a newly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it situated on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. The old hardwood floors, tall ceilings, original moldings, plasterwork, windows, and doors exude a special warmth, character, and charm that is very difficult to achieve in new construction. The exterior copper roof and guttering provide additional warmth and character. It's the real deal!
Offsite Resort Amenities:
- Access to The Wonderer, an exclusive adult-only resort downtown Charleston 2.6 miles away from Saint Philip Square (guests 25+ only; no one under 21 permitted at the pool).
- Olympic-sized heated pool (cabana rentals available).
- Gym and fitness classes (additional charges apply).
- Onsite bars, restaurant, and workspaces.
- Note: The Wonderer is a separate entity, and availability may vary. Book in advance for guaranteed access.
St. Philip Square offers a city block of historic elegance right in the heart of Charleston’s vibrant Cannonborough district. Just one block to King Street, walkable to Charleston’s world renowned dining, attractions and shopping along King Street.
