The home is a 2-story very spacious home with a large front porch plus 2 patios, and a large backyard with a fence on three sides. Your group will enjoy easy access to food, shopping and eateries nearby to include an amazing bakery and an authentic Italian restaurant on Main Street downtown and wonderful eateries in adjoining towns & cities as well. A bowling alley is within a 1/2 mile of the property and there are local and state parks nearby. We have had many guests that come due to local ball team playoffs, work teams, those attending weddings and funerals, enjoying families coming together for various holidays or just to visit, Gallot Motocross Events, school events & playoffs and just to have a space close to their families. We'd welcome you to give us a try for your lodging needs.

Yes. Kitchen was spacey and equipped. Spacious rooms and plenty of beds. Family loved it.

We had a nice stay at this house. It had plenty of beds for our family and the location was great.

Host was very responsive, upstairs bedroom at end of hall was warm, even with the air and fans on. Bedrooms otherwise were good and as advertised. Open floorplan was great for our group. This stay was within 10 mins from the grocery and Campbell University. Thank you for the stay and we would book this rental again.

Good shared spaces

The chief benefit of this location was that it has a fairly open floor plan between the living room, dining room, and kitchen, which provided a good gathering space for the group.Beds weren't always the most comfortable, and there were definitely more beds per room than youd expect, but it did allow

Great Stay

The house was clean, spacious, and welcoming! We enjoyed our time. It was great for our large group to have a place to stay together. There were plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. It would be helpful to note that two of the bedrooms had to be accessed by walking through another bedroom. This isn't necessarily a problem but would be helpful to know in advance.

Overall it was a good stay! Host was very responsive and communication was good! Property was fully stocked for our needs! But had a few hiccups along the way. First off, we had originally booked, paid in full, and been confirmed for a different property that was closer to our family for Thanksgiving to be told that it was overbooked and moved to another property just a few days before our stay. Although we were upset the Host handled it very well! Second off, and probably the worst part of our stay was when a complete stranger to us had the code the property where we was moved too and walked in on me by myself while I was there alone! Not once, not twice, but three times! Twice was the same man, third time it was a different man! They were very apologetic and informed me they was given the same address and the codes for the houses we were in, which to me was extremely scary! Finding this out I contacted the host and she was extremely non-chalant and only gave a simple explanation of we have it taken care of! No apologies were given and the codes to our doors NEVER got changed! So for our entire stay not only did our guests have the code to our rental but the guests who were right next to us who entered previously who were strangers to us had the codes to our rental as well! So they had access to our rental! I found this to be extremely uncomfortable situation! At the very least the codes to the doors should have been changed.

Cute place, plenty of room, quite area. When booking the place house rules were not disclosed. This was provided a day prior to our stay. I respect not smoking in the house, but making a house rule not to smoke on the property seems a little off and could be charged a cleaning fee. This should be listed on the booking, and not told to a person who is traveling hours with limited time to find a different place to stay. Another lack of communication. Wifi password listed was incorrect and had to reach multiple times to figure out the issue, which I resolved. Landscaping (mowing of the grass) at 8 am in the morning does not seem like a very respectful time. We were not informed of this at all.

Disappointed

Overall we were disappointed. I was told the property was overbooked the day before arriving and that I would have to stay at two different locations. The second location was not clean when we arrived and it could not accommodate me and my family. So we had to cancel at the last minute and try to find another home. Time was wasted with trying to get funds back through VRBO.
