Cette unité au 8ème étage est assez grande pour une réunion de famille. L'unité de 3 chambres à 2 salles de bain peut accueillir un total de 8, parfait pour les grandes familles. Assurez-vous de poser des questions sur notre espace de stationnement privé réservé également!

KID-FRIENDLY, avec un roi dans le maître, la reine dans la 2ème chambre, et des lits superposés dans la troisième chambre (plein sur le fond, twin sur le dessus).

Pour 2019, nous offrons un service de chaise de plage DOUBLE!

Vous recevrez 4 chaises avec deux parasols mis en place chaque jour à la plage!

Si vous avez un petit bébé, nous fournissons également un lit de bébé Pack N Play et une chaise haute gratuitement (veuillez en faire la demande au moment de la réservation).

Situé au 8ème étage, juste assez haut pour éviter le bruit d'en bas, mais assez bas pour entendre les vagues de l'océan.

Simply AMAZING and the best trip ever!

What can I say about this beautiful condo and the incredible team at Premium Beach Condos other than they are absolutely amazing? This was a much-needed family vacation that brought two special families together, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location is unbeatable and had everything our group needed. From older adults to young adults and even our 8-year-old, there was truly something for everyone—and so much of it was within walking distance. Having Pier Park so close was a huge bonus, and we found ourselves visiting there every single day! Even when the weather didn’t cooperate for a couple of days, it didn’t put a damper on our trip because there was still so much to do beyond the beach. A big thank you to Premium Beach Condos for making our stay so wonderful. From check-in to check-out, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. We can’t wait to come back!

This is a really good location. Just a short walk to dinner at pier park or surrounding areas. Close to grocery and a beautiful view of the beach, pool, and pier. They have fire pits on in the evenings. The room was clean and exactly as listed. I would stay here again and recommend you do also!

Loved our stay! Communication was great with property manager and we paid extra to stay in the garage under the tower. Well worth the convenience! Place was super clean, beds were comfortable, beach was fabulous, and condo stocked well in the kitchen. Close to everything and walking distance to Pier Park! Great location! Condo also had several beach items to use and we evenleft a couple noodles we purchased for future renters. Beach chairs and umbrella were an added bonus. Will definitely stay here in the future! Definitely a book again property!

We were very pleased with this property. It was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The check-in and check-out processes were very straightforward, and the property owners were very responsive. I also loved the partnership with Xplorie and Condocierge. Both were great additions to the stay! Already planning dates to book again next year.

Birthday Spring Vacation

The accommodations were top tier and everything would could have asked for. The location was perfect with both the boardwalk, great restaurants and family activities right outside our door step. The view of the beach was amazing while the Tiki bar was just what was needed at the end of the day. Relaxing music and a fire pit to take off the chill. We would definitely utilize this resort again. Thank you for such a great vacation!!

Great Stay!

The condo was very clean and comfy. The king bed was really comfy! The location is great - we didn't use the car all week! Check in was wonderful - we even got an early check in code! Would stay here again in a minute!

Beach Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was a great size for 5 adults. Wonderful location, walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and fishing pier. The only negative was not enough dish towels in kitchen. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Great location

The entire booking/check-in processes were both so simple and the manager was very quick to answer questions. There were 7 adults (girls trip) and we had plenty of space. The location of the condo was PERFECT with many options of things to do. I would highly recommend this condo and hope to return soon!!

Calypso 806 Perfect

We enjoyed our stay at Calypso for the Thunderbeach Bike Rally and didn’t realize we were going to have front row seats for the Guif Coast Salute Airshow as well. It was a great experience from beginning to end. We will definitely book again.

Spacious condo in the perfect location.

Loved this condo. This was a quick get away fir myself and sister and my triplet 18 year olds. We were able to walk to Pier Park for shopping and eating. The beach was right there with a beautiful view from our balcony. 4 beach chairs were included which was nice to lounge on each day. The property was clean.

Great property for fun, shopping, dining, relaxing, etc. The apartment was clean and roomy and quiet. It is a short walk to Pier Park and many other options. Parking was easy once e we figured out how to scan the barcode correctly.
