El apartamento consta de una sala de estar, un comedor, 2 dormitorios con TV, una cocina, una habitación libre y una terraza. Toda la superficie del apartamento es de 75 m2 + terraza de 25m2. El apartamento está ubicado en el edificio interior y hay un área de estacionamiento donde ofrecemos un LUGAR DE ESTACIONAMIENTO GRATUITO donde puede dejar su automóvil de manera segura. Cada habitación tiene una ventana que le da a un departamento mucha luz diaria. Hay conexión Wi-Fi gratuita en todo el apartamento junto con aire acondicionado y calefacción central.
Quiero que mis invitados se sientan como en casa, así que les proporciono una pelota de baloncesto, bicicleta y para más tiempo de relajación hay un acuario con peces tropicales.

This apartment is well located with respect to the city center. It’s only a short walk to most of the city highlights.The rooms are very comfortable and kichen/living room is well equipped.Be sure to read Davor’s location instructions carefully as it can be hard to find if you don’t know where the apartment is.We enjoyed our stay in Zagreb.Cam and Kim

Great stay in the capital

This apartment was close to the central area and a store was also just down the block. Had a nice patio and space for all of us. Bathroom was huge which was a nice aspect.

Easy Access to Everything

All the food and museums were a short walk away. Had a car, but never used it. Really enjoyed the sauna, nice touch.

Gem in Zagreb

This place is a beautiful apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The location is very walkable to the square in town center and the areas around it. It is also close to the botanical gardens and National theater.

Not luxury, not a spa. The location is excellent, a bit tight getting into the parking space but manageable. The kitchen sink was dirty, filthy sponges (we threw out and purchased new package of multiple sponges for less than 2 euro). Dirty soap fragments and previously used soap bar in dirty space in shower, again bought new bar less than 2 euro. No instructions for blind, when asked host he sent a friend and asked us to pay the person a 10 euro taxi fare. We did not. The person came unannounced, entered the flat while we were away and lowered the blind. Documents in the apt. say the host only enters with guest permission - our permission was never requested nor given.

Great Apartment!

We loved this apartment! It had everything we needed to stay in Zagreb for a week. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Davor was very responsive to any questions we had and was a pleasure to work with. And the location was fantastic. The tram was a block away, but most everywhere we wanted to go in Zagreb was within a 20 minute walk. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Centrally located apartment

This is a very spacious, centrally located apartment. The instructions for check in and parking were incredibly helpful. Having access to parking relieved the stress of having to find a spot on the street. The apartment is located within easy walking distance of many restaurants, markets and shopping. The kitchen was well stocked. Being able to wash laundry was a real bonus. Communication with the owner was quick and helpful for the few questions we had. We enjoyed our stay!

Zagreb home

My family of 6 stayed here for 2 nights. A brief stay but it was a perfect size for us and what we needed. An easy walk to the main city center and all it had to offer for food and shopping. The owner was very responsive and appreciated his recommendations. If you have a car, make sure you check out the parking situation with him. Loved it!

Good location, decent amenities, solid value

This place is a good two bedroom within walking distance of many Zagreb attractions and public transportation. We had a minor issue with check-in, but were able to resolve that with a call/text to the host. One note worth mentioning is there is a single AC unit in the main living space but nothing in bedrooms. We were able to adequately cool the bedrooms by keeping AC on and doors open at night.

Center City Luxury Spa Apartment

This was a nicely renovated apartment and very spacious. The apartment is in a great location. It was very convenient to the center City with metro about a block away. Donji was a big help arranging transportation for us from the airport and check-in was easy. AC didn't seem to cool the bedrooms very well, but it was comfortable in kitchen and living area. Donji was very accommodating to us, and we would definitely stay there again and recommend to others who are visiting Zagreb. I absolutely loved Croatia! Vivian T.

A Jewel in Zagreb

The apartment is really spacious, well appointed and comfortable. If you are going to rent a car while visiting, the on-site parking is a tremendous plus. But, if you are only staying in the city, a car isn't even necessary. The top sites in Zagreb are all within a few minutes walk from this apartment. The property owner, Davor, was an awesome host!! He is very responsive to questions, both through the VRBO App and by telephone. We cannot recommend this property enough! If you are thinking about renting this apartment, just do it. You will not be disappointed!

Three night stay in Zagreb

My family wanted to find a location in Zagreb that allowed us to explore the city but also allowed relatively easy egress to drive to other areas of Croatia. Zagreb is a crowded place and the private parking area, though cramped offered a level of security. The rooms were clean, comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Only minor struggle was getting use to opening the front door of the unit was tricky but I was able to adapt. In the US the doors and locks are different, once I figured out how the keys and locks worked in the door, I was fine.

Sehr gute Ausstattung und Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch die Ausstattung selbst, waren sehr gut und entsprachen unseren Vorstellungen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da er mehrere Sprachen spricht gibt es keinerlei sprachliche Probleme. Gerne würden wir bei einer nächsten Reise nach Zagreb wieder auf diese Wohnung zurückgreifen.

Clean and luxurious place and easy to walk to the old town.

My girlfriend and I just spent a fantastic three days here. The place is bright and clean and well-appointed. The beds are so very comfortable we overslept every morning. The sauna is very nice for two people, but there is an extra charge to use it (15 Euro per day, which should have been in the listing). Communication with the owner was very good and easy in English and self-check in was a breeze.

simply the best one from our 6 week journey!

by the time we got to zagreb, we had been on road traveling through croatia and montenegro for 6 long weeks. of all the 6 places we stayed at before zagreb, some were nice with very kind and thoughtful owners; some were darn right unacceptable in term of bare minimum of hospitality. but even the better ones had glaring issues that made us shake our heads. most common ones 1) shower heads have no holder, so you have to hold it in your one hand, leaving with only the other to clean. 2) tub has no curtains or enclosure - impossible to use it as a shower without flooding the whole floor 3)terrible worn out mattress 4) bleak lighting because there was no table lamp or floor lamp 5) no microwave 6) not enough hot water because there was only one small hot water tank 7) tiny uncomfortable sofa. the reason i listed all the issues we had to endure is to tell you why i consider davor's apartment the best from this 6 week long journey. not only does it have everything in the kitchen, but also the apartment is so well appointed i could tell right away that he put much thought and consideration into it as if this was a home in which he lives himself. none of the details should be taken for granted when traveling in croatia. from big cushy sofa both myself and my 196 cm tall husband could sink into to the biggest shower i have seen all this time (and it is NOT a quarter round!!), from furniture whose shape and color calm you to the mattress that makes you say "ah" the first moment you sat on it, this is a true home. as a matter of fact, this is the only property that has floor lamps! so that at night, we can enjoy watching TV in a nice ambience. i felt very lucky our last stop on this trip was at davor's place because for most of the time we were in zagreb, it rained. so we ended up spending a lot of time inside the apartment. if the place was not much of a home, i think i would have gone bonkers! so if you are going to zagreb, this place would be perfect.

A great space for our family!

Davor's home is truly an oasis in the city of Zagreb. Our family stayed here for five weeks and enjoyed the peace of the home alongside its convenient location for getting to the city center and the tram system. It had everything we needed and was comfortable for our family of six. Davor and his family have thought through all the details and their clean, comfortable space will be a gift in your travels. The terrace was my favorite place to sit and read and sip coffee every morning :) Thank you Davor and family!
