communications were great. Our only issue was that there are only 2 1/2 bathrooms not three. We had 6 adults and 3 children so a third shower would have been great. The house was very spacious and welcoming. It was too cold to swim, but the outside looked like it would be great fun during the summer.

This was a nice comfortable place to stay. Our family of 9 had plenty of room. It was the perfect home base for our stay in Miami. We would definitely stay there again. If you are looking for a well laid out plan, quiet place this is the place for you.
