About Tom Givone
The homeowner, Tom Givone, is also the designer of Floating Farmhouse, one of several 19th century structures that he has renovated in a similarly historic/modern fashion. His projects have been featured by Dwell magazine, Architectural Digest, and other international design forums and publications. Tom lives full-time in NYC but sneaks away to the country as often as he can.
