This spacious 2520 Sq. Ft. 4-Bedroom Presidential Suite has 4 Baths and accommodates 12 guests with two (2) comfortable king beds and four (4) comfortable double beds; a full kitchen (including a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, cooking utensils, flatware, and glassware); dining area, fireplace, balcony/patio, outdoor grill, televisions, DVD player, stereo, ceiling fans, in-room safe, washer/dryer, hairdryers, paper products, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and some personal care products are provided.

For your convenience in the winter and summer seasons, there's on-site shuttle service to resort amenities that run daily from 8am to 11:15pm. Also in the winter season, there's a mountain shuttle dedicated to transporting skiers and riders from Village Center Welcome Sign to the upper mountain daily from 8:00am to 4:30pm. By the way ski season runs from November through April (subject to weather and trail conditions).

• A resort fee ranging from $45-55 will be applied at check-in to all guest of owner reservations.
• Accommodation requests are subject to availability, not guaranteed, and must be emailed at least two weeks before arrival to Smugglers' Notch Owner Services (ownersrv@smuggs.com).
• You may ONLY access the Community Center you are lodged in; and Centers are not available at all associations.
• The terrain at Smugglers' Notch includes unpaved roads and walkways. Most buildings are on the slope or hillside with no elevators and may require multiple flights of stairs.
• Please be aware that due to inventory constraints, it is possible that your reservation may not guarantee the same suite for all nights. If this occurs, you may be required to relocate to a different suite during your stay.
