Pro’s: responsiveness of host, run by management of building so the front desk can help with check in, nice gym, roof top pool, coffee machine in lobby, great location (near restaurants, riverwalk), free parking and nice rooms.Con’s: club across is loud till 2am. We drove by and it was more quiet in our car 5 feet from club, then from the unit—walls and windows must not be well insulated.

Great location

The condo is right in the middle of downtown with Ybor City six minutes away, Tampa Riverwalk within walking distance, night life literally across the street. It was awesome.

Tampa Stay

Condo location is close to restaurants, riverwalk. Property was clean and comfortable. A little confusion on payment processing, but host was fast to fix the problem and easy to communicate with. Would stay at this property again.

Great condo in downtown

Nice location, great views on the north end of downtown. As other reviews commented there is a club below on the street that was jamming, but we didn’t mind as we had been out dancing all night. The beds were very comfy, slept well and enjoyed a lazy morning on the patio.

The property has an amazing view and location. the nightclub across the street is loud like many others have mentioned but I enjoyed the music from the tenth floor. I would recommend getting newer TVs that don’t freeze up while watching aMovie. I would highly recommend better shampoo and soap. Other than that we had an amazing time.I would definitely stay there again.

Stunning Tampa Views

This property has stunning views with the floor to ceiling windows! It was very clean and exactly as depicted. Great location for easy access to several bars and restaurants. The river walk is close and fun to walk. A great way to see the sights! The property manager is very responsive and great to work with!Would stay here again!

Property was great/location next to loud night club

This property would have been really great if it wouldn’t have been for the loud night club across the street below the master bedroom. Make sure to bring noise canceling earplugs or headphones. Pool was very nice & a large club room with big couches was great for hanging out as a family. Laundry was also available in unit. Starbucks in same building and restaurants nearby.

We had a very poor experience staying at this property! -Check in process nightmare- instructions incorrect. Host repeatedly gave wrong information during check in-Host refused phone call, would only chat in app. Host force guest to type 20 messages in app to describe the numerous issues instead of taking a phone call-Had to ask 6 times where visitor parking was in the garage before host would answer-Wi-Fi doesn’t work. Took 24 hours to resolve -Kitchen floor was sticky and dirty-Inadequate bedding- no mattress pads or boxspring covers-one of two light bulbs in bathroom was burned out -Toaster smoking and unusable-Elevator bank carpet stained and dirty-Dog feces at the building entry for over 24 hours

Location! Location! Location!!

The apt was perfect for our quick getaway. Everything was clean and there were plenty of towels. The location was everything!! Communication was top tier. Whenever I had a question, I received a response within minutes. Would definitely stay here again, if given the opportunity.

Good with some caveats

I’ll start with the really good parts of this property: the location is great, right downtown. The property manager responds almost instantly to any text. The apt is clean and well appointed.Some issues: there is a lot of marijuana smoke that pours into one of the bedrooms most of the time. There is a club across the street that pounds out very loud club music on Friday and Saturday nights, way into the night. Obviously, Neither of these things are faults of the owner or managers, but did affect our stay.

Decent, Clean Stay, but Please Be Aware!

Overall: Spartan, but clean apartment with a nice relaxing patio. Access to pool and penthouse for pretty views of downtown. That being said, there were definitely some cons. The Number One Con: PLEASE be aware that there is a club (Lit, a “cigar bar”, but is a full on club) directly below the master bedroom that runs until 2 am from Thursday-Sunday. **The FIRST night we were there (a Sunday) we were woken up at 3 am to a group of men jumping and then beating another man in the street just below our room just as the club closed. Lots of screaming about the group “coming back with guns” etc. very unsettling. Also, if you look up reviews of the apartment building you will see that there have been shootings in garage (it is a public garage on the first three floors) ** I know that the owner has absolutely no control over these things, but this is something you should definitely consider especially if you are staying with children. Other cons: - I wish that there was a duvet on the comforters so they can be washed between guests. Just knowing that comforters can’t really be washed was kind of a gross thought. - PAPER thin walls. You can hear every move the neighbor made. Also, the smell of pot permeated into our place from the neighbor. - A few broken items in the house made it feel a bit run down. - Issues with the internet on the first night, resolved quickly after we contacted the property manager.
