Kihei Condo, close to beach and restaurants

Central location in Kihei, nice views from 4th floor, finding an open non-owner parking space was a challenge.

Great Stay

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time. The location was just a 5-min walk to the beach and an easy walk or drive to amenities or activities. The view from the deck was beautiful. The unit was well equipped and very comfortable for my spouse and I.

The location is great. The positives worth that the bed was very comfortable. The view was lovely, and the property itself was well maintained, including the pool, which was very relaxing. My only negative feedback was that the kitchen utensils were very cheap and challenging to cook with a lot of plastic. Also, the coffee maker didn’t work. I think it was made with parts from several different coffee makers.

not up to par

We dont like giving bad reviews but this one is hard to avoid. I think the biggest disappointment was the absolutely filthy sliders (you know, the part of the extra money you spend for a view). We messaged the company and they sent the cleaner who announced that she "doesnt clean windows" (she didnt clean anything else that day). No wonder the state of the place. The fans didnt work and had to have new batteries, the bathroom has grimey gunk all over the vent (obviously been there for ages) and the shower has alot of soap scumb and mildew (I have pics). Several lights didnt work and the place was dusty among other things. Not the end of the world at all but not what you would expect for spending 11k for 3 weeks. We hoped they would compensate us a bit but they just kept saying "we'll get back to you" and then just ignored us although they were polite about it. We have a long chain of messages showing everything. The location is great but we wouldnt stay there again.
