The host is very responsive. He provided excellent directions to the apartment. This is a great little efficiency apartment. It is a quiet neighborhood. It is clean and a close walk to bars and restaurants and the beach.

Yes. Everything is as described. We needed a place to stay for one night before taking the ferry. It was perfect. We had restaurants, a supermarket, and the beach within walking distance. And everything we needed was there.

Overall perfect for the price

The small apartment is just minutes from the strip and beach walking. The host was excellent: available, handy, and welcoming. I would recommend my own friends and family here. It’s is perfect for any solo traveler or couple on a budget. The area is really chill. Good coffee and restaurants in walking distance.

The manager, owner is absolutely awesome. The beach is just a ten minute walk away. The wifi is top-notch. He has an emergency backup generator and emergency water cistern. The prices are very reasonable. He has various sized rooms. A person can't find a more economically place to stay in the area is my opinion!‼🤸
