Our spacious and sunny home is located in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, public transportation, and Mercy San Juan Medical Center. Great location with easy access to I-80.

House comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with all you need to have an amazing stay.

Pets are not allowed at this property. Violating the no-pet rules will result in eviction & HOA and/or RnR-imposed fines of up to $1,500. We understand the importance of Trained Service & ESA dogs & can help you find a dog-friendly home for your stay—we have many of them. If you have a service/support dog, are unable to find alternate lodging & insist on staying in this property, you will be charged a refundable security deposit to cover any damage, extra cleaning, or fines for violating the HOA and/or RnR house rules.

Guests have access to the whole house minus the garage.

- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed.

- We don't allow visitors from our guest for security reasons
- No pets.
- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee).
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither).
- Locals must contact us before booking.

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather.
Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.
30 days stay or more: We require a refundable security deposit proportional to the first month’s rent, due at the time of booking confirmation. The security deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damages or violations of house rules occur.
