This apartment offers a gorgeous, light-filled and well designed space located just steps from Central Park. The unit sleeps 4 guests . The apartment features two Queen size beds, , private kitchen and bath.

We provide the comforts of home with linen/duvet/blankets/pillows and one towel per person upon arrival.

The unit is fully furnished. You would have the apartment exclusively to yourself. WiFi, and utilities are included in the cost of the rental. There are three flat screen televisions for your viewing pleasure.

Street parking close to building.

Arrivals are between 2-5PM. There is a late arrival fee of $75 for arrivals between 5-7PM

Departure is prior to 10AM.

Nice Stay in Interesting Neighbourhood

We had a good experience staying here. Even though there were some issues, the property manager took care of it fast and was always open to solve problems. So if something’s wrong, just talk to them and they will fix it. It’s very conveniently located, it takes about 20 min to grand central and north Central Park is just 5 min away. The stairs provide a free workout :)

It was a pleasure having Svea and her roommate for so long. We aim to respond quickly and resolve any question or issue our guests are having as soon as possible. Yes as you picked our highest unit, but we can also offer this apartment on a lower floor for future stays.

Good apartment quality/price

The apartment was very dirty when we arrived, my wife spent one day cleaning it. The location is good, near to the subway and to a big supermarket. The bed and mattress is uncomfortable for a long stay. The company is friendly and polite. In general, a good option for visiting Manhattan.

We enjoyed having Mr. Moreno, his wife and his daughter for over a month. They are lovely guests. At no time from the beginning of his stay in June did he ever mention at any point on this issue so it comes as quite a surprise particularly as we have staff in the building each day to assist any of our guests. We are available by email 24/7 and by phone during business hours. At no time had he sent us any email of an issue nor called us. We would have welcomed his email and immediately dispatched someone to address any concern he had if he had made us aware of anything. Mr. Moreno and his family stayed for more than a month and at no time did he communicate either via the homeaway site or by phone that anything was unsatisfactory. Had we known, we would have done our best to correct immediately. Each person has different sensitivities to a bed's hardness or softness. As a person in hospitality, we have experienced different responses to this issue. I wish there were a way to adjust this to each person's individual preferences. When Mr. Moreno wanted to stay longer due to a late evening flight we made it possible for him so that he would not be inconvenienced with his luggage and could enjoy the unit until his late afternoon departure. We do our utmost to make our guests stay optimal and as unique to each of their needs as possible especially when we are notified of any need they may have.
