Please note there are ring cameras throughout the property. Once tenant enters the home, they are welcome to unplug the cameras. Cameras to be plugged back in prior to vacating.

Guests will have access to the garage for one parking spot. Owner keeps one car parked in one of the garage bays for their use when visiting.
