Beautiful property, very clean and well equipped! We saw some turkeys, a couple deer, and plenty of squirrels! The view from the deck is great as well. If we find ourselves looking for another getaway in this area, we will be back!!

This was our second time staying here. It was as great as it was the first time. Joe and Darla are wonderful hosts, the place is well put together, and the setting is perfect for a quiet get away. Highly recommend this place!!!

This place was a great getaway location! The owners were very quick to answer any questions. From the moment we arrived and walked in the door we felt at home, the owners had thought of everything. Everything about this place was great. The back deck, looking out over the valley with beautiful sunsets. It was quiet and secluded. The most prominent noises heard were the birds and the leaves falling.Isolated location, yet an easy jaunt to Joplin for a variety of shops and restaurants. Every morning and every evening there were deer grazing and meandering through the front yard. One morning we even saw about 2 dozen wild turkey pass through. The hosts are top notch and provided a beautiful home and hot tub to relax in.We've been to many vrbo places over the last 10 years...this was, by far, our favorite one yet.
