Views of Loon Mountain Ski Resort's South Peak. 4 miles to Loon Mountain and 6 miles to Cannon Mountain. 2 BR, 2 Bath all the comforts of home, fully renovated and all new furniture. The condo is bright with an open floor plan for ease in entertaining and relaxing. Wood Stove in the living-room with sliders opening to a large deck overlooking the tennis courts, pool and a large open grassy area. Washer/Dryer, Fully Equipped Kitchen with a separate dining area. Master BR has a Queen Bed with a full private bathroom. Large 2nd bedroom has twin beds. Living room has a flat screen TV and DVD. Cable TV and wireless internet service available.
Heat is Electric and Very Economical. Top Floor Heat rises, and Middle Unit, insulated on both sides.
Supplied for your convenience is: wireless internet and cable TV.

The Space:
Great Ski Rental (Loon Mountain and Cannon Mountain Ski Resorts are within 3-8 miles).

Summer Rental (Many swimming holes, kayaking, AMC Hiking Trails,).

Spring and Fall Rentals have many more enjoyable activities all within a close proximity to the condo.

Off the back deck of the condo is a swimming pool, 2 tennis courts and pickle ball court. A beautiful grassy area to enjoy.

Leaving Instructions: All dishes & glasses are cleaned and returned to the cabinets. Throw all trash out. Strip beds and put all sheets, pillow cases and towels in the designated hamper bin.
Empty refrigerator & freezer. Dryer & washer are emptied and dryer trap is cleaned out. Close all lights & lock doors. Winter time turn thermostat to 55 degrees. Please return keys to the lock box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please treat our home like your home. Keep it clean and well maintained.
Empty trash daily, no damp towels on furniture or door frames. No smoking and no pets allowed. Max occupancy is 4 people.

Delightful Summer in Lincoln NH

We really enjoyed our 3 month summer stay and took full advantage of being in the White Mts. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and promptly replied to our text messages when questions arose. The condo is updated and very well kept. The layout is perfect for visiting family members. Everyone enjoyed the leather loveseat and couch. It was the perfect place to relax after a long days hike. Very comfortable, affordable and a great location.

Stayed here to have a central access for all of the Northeast and Canada. Proved to be a great choice. We were here for a month and never ran out of things to do and go see. Condo is clean, very well equipped and comfortable. Had all the comforts and needs you would require for a short or an extended stay. It is a very nice location with easy access to all types of activities. We even left for a few days and went into Canada. Again, very easy to do and worth the trip if you are in the area. Literally the only thing that I had as a disappointment is that the hot tub in the club house wasn't in operation. Not the owners fault - probably the time of year. I would definitely recommend this condo for a couple or a family. Can't think of one thing to complain about!!

Summer 2022

Upon our arrival there was an issue with the refrigerator that was addressed within a few hours. Denise was great addressing it. The community just re-did a brand new tennis court and pickle ball. It’s very bright and open, it does face south. There are several floor fans in the unit. Overall it’s very comfortable and we had a very pleasant extended stay.

The condo in Lincoln was central to all the White Mountains has to offer. It was well equipped with everything we needed for our extended stay. Would stay again

Hi and Welcome from the Sweeney Family. We purchased our Mansion Hill Condo in 1990. Our son, Sean was 9 months and daughter, Cara 2 years old. We enjoyed hiking the 4000 footers, sking Loon and Canon Mountains, finding swimming holes, canoe trips, picnics, river rafting, and great family dinners.
We want other families and couples to enjoy our experiences and come vacation in New Hampshire.
We rent the ski season as a block time of 185 consecutive days. Spring, Summer and Fall; rentals are on a weekly and monthly bases.
