Great condo very spacious

Overall a great place to stay lots of room for 6 adults Great view of the sunset . The host was very attentive to our request when we had some self inflicted problems her response time was amazing We watched the carnival from the 16th floor and it was amazing. Nice walking the Melacon everyday overall great experience

Amazing

the penthouse condo was excellent, very clean, beautiful pool and great location. We were 3 couples and we appreciated the extras that were available, spices, cleaning products, toilet paper, paper towel, drinkable water etc. We would recommend this condo to our friends anytime. Thank you,

Mazatlan Family Vacation at Sky Horizon

Our family spent 9 days in this beautiful penthouse. The condo was outstanding and has amazing views. It is located right on the Malecon which made it perfect to easily get downtown or up to the golden zone. The condo has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms which worked out really well as our 3 boys had plenty of their own space. The kitchen was spacious, had granite countertops, and was stalked with everything you could need. Granite dining room table with 8 chairs was more than enough space. I also appreciated that each TV was smart so we could access all of our favorite shows in English. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again. Also Mazatlan 4 Rent manages the property and they were amazing. Check in was easy and they made us feel very welcome. Whenever we had a question they responded quickly. Overall a fantastic experience and a wonderful vacation!

Come to Mazatlan. A friendly Mexican City

Our condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. We didn't see many people but thought there should be more chairs by pool in case of need. We enjoyed taking the pulmonias to the grocery stores. They were fun to ride in.

Beautiful property!

This property is amazing, we loved the ocean view and the condo is perfect The entire process was wonderful. Would highly recommend the airport pickup service, so nice to have them drive you right to the condo and escort right to the door. We will definitely be renting there again.

Great place. Would recommend.

Great response time to my many questions from the property management team. We were delayed by Budget car rentals (will NEVER do business with Budget again) and the woman waited patiently and greeted us with enthusiasm. The only hiccup, the hot tub was broken for a few days and once fixed I was informed that it is not heated during the summer months. I think this should be clearly stated in the description.

Awesome Condo

We ad a great time at Horizon Sky 1601. Very big, bright condo with an awesome view of the ocean. The unit was sparkling clean and well stocked. The hosts Kristen and Lionne were very welcoming and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Great roller blinds on the windows to block out the sun when you and to sleep and they cut down on the road noise at night. It's a very good location between old town and the Golden zone. $100 peso cab ride to old town (our favourite spot) and an easy walk to the Golden zone. Mazatlán has become my fav Mexican spot. Great weather, not too hot like the south, LOVE the malecon (21 km of walking along the ocean) and the old town is beautiful with lots of high end dining. Always felt safe. Can wait to go back.

Horizon Sky is an awesome place to stay!

This is my second time renting this unit. Especially wanted it to be able to have a birds eye view of the Sunday Carnival Parade --- fabulous birds' eye view at dark of the beautiful floats & fireworks! Everything you need for a comfortable stay is stocked prior to your arrival. It's a quick ride to Soriana for groceries, Golden Zone or historical area via plenty of transportation options along with malecon. Plenty of restaurants to spend time at. Favorite's are Lucky B's, La Catrina and tried a new place Water's Edge - YUMMY. A grill is available on the deck which we loved-no need to haul your food downstairs to use the community grill. It's also fun to watch the cruise ships come in and be at port. The folks at Mazatlan4Rent are always there if there is an issue and take care of the problem. This is my 5th time renting thru Mazatlan4Rent - always responsive and helpful even when your flight is delayed several times and ends up leaving Mazatlan the next a day (8 am). Thanks for the 5:30 am pickup to go to the airport. I would recommend this unit to friends & family!

First Impression - WOW! And it stayed that way!

We loved everything about this condo and Mazatlan! From the minute we arrived at Horizon Sky we were amazed at the location and accommodations. Here's a quick list: - The Team at Mazatlan4Rent and Horizon were fantastic! They greeted us warmly and gave us a full tour of the community and amenities and the condo itself. (Juan at the security desk was great all week - always a wave and smile!) - The amenities: that pool! We had so much fun in the pool, lounging in the shallow end, taking in the view from the infinity side. We didn't get a chance to use the fitness room or community room - too busy at the pool and at the beach. - The condo. Wow - top floor, penthouse! I didn't even realize it when we booked! Loved the view, zero noise from neighbors - you're on the top! The condo had everything we could possibly want - full kitchen and set up, huge dining table, living room and cable TV, balcony, three full bedrooms and laundry. Plus lots of beach towels for us to use! I did recommend they replace the master bath shower head...it was spraying in all the wrong directions. Otherwise everything worked perfectly. The location - Yes! It was central to the Golden Zone and Centro and across from the beach. Very easy to get around from this location. Oh, the condo also had very helpful binders with restaurant and tourist suggestions, as well as local customs for us to be aware of (I never knew the grocery baggers work for free and only get peso tips as wages. This was helpful!) As well as expected costs for golf cart (taxi) rides, etc. We appreciated the suggestions! Finally - the value for this rental was stellar. You get every bang for your buck and then some. Highly recommend Mazatlan4Rent - they were superb. This was our first time using Mazatlan4Rent and first time in Mazatlan and we'll be back again and again and again.... M & S Rogers

Amazing!

We stayed in condo 1501 and 1601, both are amazing, clean, secure and a great view. What we enjoyed the most of these two condos were the views they offered, right in front of Malecon, we woke up with a beautiful scenery everyday. We loved the location, it is literally close to everything (10 mins max). Samantha did a great job explaining all the details of both properties. Mazatlan 4 rent are professionals that will help you find the perfect place for your vacation. Thank you!

Magnificent View

The property was as listed-with magnificent views of the coast and the city of Mazatlán. The location was ideal between the Golden Zone and downtown across from the beach. We could walk to the Malecon or beach within minutes or to restaurants within minutes or to nicer ones in the Golden Zone within 10-15 minutes . We loved the comfy interior, and the cook's kitchen worked well for our family. The small deck had a table for 4-small, but wonderful for watching the beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed the nice infinity pool but the Jacuzzi was not warm or bubbly. We did not use the gym or game room. The security was top notch and helpful. The property was clean, but had some ongoing issues-garbage disposal stopped working last day, the phone didn't work )the caller could hear us but we couldn't hear them), water was turned off (but came back on in an hour or so), and finally, we had NO hot water, so the showers were very cold. It would have been helpful to have a first day walkthrough, but since this was our first VRBO, I didn't think of it until now!

The property is beautiful, very comfortable and great location. The views are magnificent. Better still is the service you receive from Lionne and Kirsten. They are extremely helpful and are committed to see that you have an over the top experience in Mazatlan. They have a number of property's that they manage, so look no further. You will be well taken care of.

Excellent apartment, great location,

The apartment was very spacious with three double rooms and in excellent condition. Very good quality appliances and kitchen utensils. Very nice balcony overlooking the sea equipped with table and chairs. The location is perfect in between the two busy sections of Mazatlan meaning that the beach is fairly quiet directly across the road from the apartment building and the historic centre is only a few minutes pulmonia ride away. The only negative thing was we were called during our holiday to arrange the check out and the maid was sent a couple hours prior to our check-out time. However, this didn't stop us enjoying the apartment and its location and would highly recommend it (The apartment building's infinity swimming pool and jacuzzi also makes for a nice finish to a day).
