San A Bel is a beautiful oceanfront vacation destination in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. It is near many family amusements and only a short drive from the Grand Strand’s best attractions and shows, shopping at outlet malls such as the Tanger Outlet, and great seafood on Restaurant Row or in Calabash. The area also boasts more than 100 golf courses. San A Bel 510 is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo directly on the oceanfront. It features wall-mounted flat screen TV’s in both bedrooms and a 42-inch flat screen TV in the living room, a recently renovated kitchen with washer and dryer, and a broad oceanfront balcony with sweeping views of the Atlantic. The en suite master bath has a French rain shower over a mirrored whirlpool tub. Other extras include extra kitchen storage, books and videos, a new laptop desk with an ocean view (free wifi), and local phone. The property offers an oversized outdoor hot tub, a beautiful heated indoor pool, with a well-equipped exercise room overlooking the pool. Watersports on the beach nearby include banana boat rides, parasailing and SeaDoo rentals. Next door to the property is an Irish pub with plenty of oceanside seating.

Growing up in the Piedmont of North Carolina, we both came to the Myrtle Beach area every year with our families. As inveterate 'beach people' we are never happier than sitting or walking next to the beach and always wanted a place at the beach.

Why Don and Candy Teeter chose Crescent Beach
We looked at every 2BR/2B oceanfront condo for 80 miles and thought that San A Bel, in the old Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, offered the best level of convenience for the money, while being out of the frenetic pace of Myrtle Beach proper.

Love the area
I called the renter who assured me this was a mistake and it was supposed to be a "5." Please look at his comments. Also this is the second time he has rented from us. I called and asked him to call Homeaway to let them know he put a 1 in error but evidently he never did. I am most disappointed he did not calL to change to a "5" as he said he would. (Calling them is the only way this could be corrected, they say. Can't do it EASILY on-line. ) Please look at other reviews. We are proud of our condo and take great effort to make sure all is OK before during and after the stay.
A bit small but nice.
Cute, clean & perfect for my family of four (with a 3 yr old & infant)!
The location was great! The bedrooms are smaller but they are perfectly sized for a beach condo! The condo was clean and had everything we needed! The elevators were nice for taking stuff to and from the beach...there was also plenty of room on the balcony to store our beach stuff! Thanks for everything!
Run down with BUGS! Management tried to say "Palmetta bugs are very common and everyone gets them.
These Palmetta bugs are giant cockroaches! I was disgusted! This bug appeared in our 5th floor condo! If I would have seen this on our first day I would have left and demanded a total refund! Moved chairs on the balcony and a second bug appeared! I was disgusted thinking I almost brought my grandson to this place.
The whole building needs a total update. In our condo the jacuzzi tub does not work. And apparently other condos are the same. Advertised as having a jacuzzi tub.
Thankfully the weather was great and we stayed out of the condo most of the day.
Will never stay here again!
The owners were nice but did not offer any compensation or refund! I do not have bugs in my home and DO NOT expect to have them on vacation!
PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS. It is regrettable that this lady reports that she saw ONE palmetto bug inside the unit on the FIFTH day of her stay; hardly an infestation. We immediately responded by contacting the HOA which holds the contract for extermination services to have an exterminator respond. They came out immediately. We were told, as we knew and told her, that palmetto bugs this time of year are very common at the coast despite all reasonable efforts to completely control them. The lady claimed later to have seen ONE other bug on THE OUTSIDE of the building but seemed more focused on seeking compensation in the form of a refund of some part of her rental. When we were disinclined to do that, the level of her criticism increased to that evidenced by her review. We are very proud of our unit and take great care to have it clean and presentable. With this exception, reviews have been consistently positive. It is of course noteworthy that despite her poor opinion of the unit and the resort, she completed her stay.
Good home away from home
We enjoyed our stay at the San a bel 510 suite. It has a great view and was provided lots of comforts to use while there. The underneath parking was a great benefit with lots of excellent space. Over all it was a great place to stay and we would defiantly be willing to stay again.
The communication with Don and Candy was excellent. They stayed in touch and answered any questions or concern we had. Would deal with the again for sure.
Wonderful condo with oceanfront balcony!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at San-A-Bel's. When we arrived, the condo was very clean and just waiting for us. Communication with the
owners was excellent! Sunrise from the balcony was stunning! We plan to return to San-A-Bel's in September.
