This 2nd story loft, located in the heart of Downtown Excelsior Springs has beautiful views of the historic area! Overlooking shops, restaurants, bars, and spas on Broadway! I had difficulty opening the door upon arrival, but she responded quickly. The space was clean, full of natural light, and beautifully decorated. The location was great; we were able to explore downtown on foot. We enjoyed an evening of comfortable conversation and playing games. We only needed it for one night, but we would have loved to stay longer.

Amazing weekend getaway location!

My husband and I booked the loft for a quick weekend trip and we are already talking about when we can return! The location is awesome, it’s close to all kinds of cute stores and great restaurants. The loft itself was spacious, well decorated and so clean. Excellent space, we can’t wait to go back!

Host is extremely well at responding in a timely manner. Extremely cute loft with plenty of bedrooms and the entire place was very clean. Definitely recommend this place and will be back in the future

Waterfest Wonderland

We booked this property after having 2 people recommend it to us. It happened to be the same weekend as Waterfest. The big bay window was perfect to take in the sights as well as hear the live bands. Hosts were so accommodating and sent perfect directions for parking with the town being so busy. Walking distance to The Elms with wonderful little shops and restaurants to keep us ladies entertained. Will definitely be back if ever in the area again!

The loft was the best for our friends weekend trip. The location is great and check-in was easy. The property was very clean and plenty of space for everyone. We loved the property and also enjoyed exploring the downtown area. Driving to Kansas City wasn't too far.

Downtown Loft

What a beautiful loft !!!! We stayed for a family wedding, we were able to walk to the rehearsal dinner and what a cute town so fun, great coffee shop and restaurants. Savanna was very responsive to our communications ! Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay again.

What a perfect place to stay!

If you're in historical downtown Excelsior Springs, this is the place to stay! We stayed at the Loft to have a simple Bachelorette party with a late game night. There is plenty of seating for guests and the bedrooms and sleeping arrangements made it easy for everyone to stay that wanted to. The property is gorgeous and I love the historical charm. The area nearby is quaint and easy to get around. I would recommend the Loft for anybody staying in the area that needs sleeping arrangements for a big party!

Fun Experience

Property was very nice for fun trip with five friends to celebrate a milestone birthday. Everyone had their own bed and easily shared two bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked for food prep. The host was very responsive and we even got to meet her when we visited her gift shop. The location is perfect to explore Excelsior Springs with lots of wonderful shops and delicious restaurants to visit. We visited Watkins Mill State Park and even did the ghost tour at The Elms. The loft was perfect for us.

Apartment was clean and smelled amazing. Relaxing environment perfect for a quick getaway. Location was ideal to visit the hall of water - just across the street, get my favorite latte right across the street as well. Loved the downtown area, easy drive to Elms spa.
