Welcome to Wild Cat Lair, hosted by InvitedHome. This lodge-style home nestled amongst the pines of Colorado is perfect for a family vacation or a getaway trip. A stone-lined fireplace and a large cozy couch await you as you enter the home. The kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances and constructed with a breakfast bar for quick meals before heading out skiing, on your hikes, or just a stroll around Mountain Village. This house is a true skier's dream in the winter- the slopes are just a short jaunt away at 35 yards from the front door.

Throughout the entire home, you’ll find sleek, contemporary designs that bring an air of refinement to the jagged peaks and wilderness that surround Telluride. All bedrooms feature attached ensuites with sumptuous steam showers, as well as subtle touches of mountain-modern decor.

The kitchen is truly a remarkable space, with stainless steel appliances throughout, and a gas range. The island in the middle has seating for two guests, and there’s plenty of space for cooking and gathering. In the living area, modern couches surround a gas fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows run the length of the open concept room. From here, you can step onto the back deck and take in the breathtaking views.

The home’s design is for large luxurious events filled with Telluride’s most discerning guests, and now this home can be your private mountain getaway in the heart of Mountain Village.

WHAT WE LOVE
- The slopes are right across the street!
- Hopping in the hot tub to loosen up after a long day on the slopes.
- The "Loft" is actually a very private area with it's own full bathroom attached.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 8 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 3.
- The mountain views from inside the home are somewhat obstructed by the surrounding trees.
- During ski season the slopes are across the street, but depending on snowfall and snowbank height, you may not be able to access them from that point.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.

The home was wonderful, in a quiet location, that was easily accessible for ski in/out and a quick walk to the gondola to town or the City Market grocery. The home and kitchen was one of the most well stocked of any rental we have stayed at.

The Wild Cat Lair was perfect!! We were in town for the Bluegrass Festival and it was our first time staying in mountain village (we usually stay in telluride). We will definitely be back! It was so nice to feel secluded but be so close to the gondola and the grocery store. The house has been beautifully renovated. Can’t wait to come back in the winter!

Beautiful condo in an amazing location!!

Wild Cat Lair was fantastic! The location couldn’t be better with a short walk to the gondola and grocery store, and a ski run across the street. The condo has just been updated and it’s beautiful. The hot tub was perfect, views are great, and the place is very well stocked. We’ll be staying here again whenever possible. Can’t wait to come back! The property is managed by a company, but we were still given a property manager who was so helpful and responsive. We even left a bag and they shipped it to us immediately. So happy with our stay!

Great Spot, Lovely House!

Stayed here for the Telluride Bluegrass Festival, house was very lovely, the master bedroom is gorgeous, great steam shower in the master bath. The hot tub was very hot and soothing, it's located on the 2nd floor balcony. The top-bunk in the upstairs bedroom is not very suited for an adult, I would only put a young child up there. Only small issue was the oven was on the fritz, but management sent someone over the same-day who was able to fix it. Thanks for having us!

This home will make you comfortable from the moment you walk inside. Very well equipped, it feels just like home! We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay, and being able to walk 100 steps to the Sundance run was very convenient. Access to lift 10 or lift 1 within just a few minutes, and less than 10 minutes to the top of lift 4. The hot tub / jacuzzi on the balcony was sparkling clean and ready to go! The kids loved the upstairs loft area (so did the adults:). Ryan was a terrific host when we arrived and we would recommend this to anyone with a desire to experience Telluride.

Peaceful Home

We loved this home. It's very spacious (3 levels) and peaceful. The bathrooms are very clean and nice and we loved the steam shower and jacuzzi tub inside. There is also a hot tub on the deck, which we didn't use but we're sure it's nice. The gondola is a short walk across the street, although it's somewhat steep back up. This didn't bother us but it might be an issue for some, so be aware of that. You can always drive down, though. We loved the porch and grilled outside most nights. Kitchen is well equipped with spices and all of the equipment you might need. The mattresses (downstairs bedroom and master) were quite firm and might need to be replaced or softened up with a topper. We didn't sleep as well as we do at home, but this didn't get in our way. We enjoyed our stay and might rent this same home again next summer.

Renovated cabin just across from the slopes!

To our surprise when we arrived and the cabin had been renovated to more modern appliances, kitchen and bathrooms! We weren’t expecting that based on the existing photos. The house was perfect, right across from the slopes, hot tub, fully functional kitchen and items to use, coffee and wine bar area and much more! I would only suggest bringing your own pillow if you like a firm one, otherwise our stay was great! We might have to book this again for our next years ski trip!

Nice, roomy cabin with a great location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. There was a mishap early on with the property and the property manager addressed the situation immediately. Not only was the situation taken care of promptly but the manager went out of his way to make our stay extra special. The cabin was nice and roomy and well laid out. We liked that it was far enough away from the busy areas of Mountain Village and it seemed very private but it was also close enough to walk to the Gondola. We will be back!

Wildcat Lair

The Wildcat Lair was spacious and clean -- perfect for a family or group of 6. The kids slept in the two twin beds on the balcony level while 4 adults slept in the king and queen bedrooms on the main level and ground level. Great location within easy walking distance of the Mountain Village Market and gondola. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Would definitely stay again!

Perfection! It was so hard to leave this gorgeous mountain home! Telluride is our favorite town on earth and this place made our trip even better! It was beautiful, comfortable, and so relaxing. The steam shower was amazing and it was so nice on chilly evenings to slip into the hot tub and relax too. The kids loved the abundance of games...we'll be buying Stratego, our 13 year old loved it. The kitchen was so nicely stocked, even though we didn't cook, but twice. The only thing we missed was an iron, and I may have overlooked it. This will definitely be where we stay in Telluride/Mountain Village from now on. Already missing it.

Nice place to stay. Great value for the money. Nice to be able to walk to the Mountain Village Gondola - shop at the little store there, etc. If possible, we'll stay here for the skiing season this year as well. Perhaps only issue was the "sound" system - it would have been nice to have the Polk Audio system working, but other than that - this was a great place to stay !

Comparable to the area, this was a great value. Very well-appointed, making it easy to really live in the home for the week we were there. The kitchen was terrific... Well stocked spice cabinet, all the gear you need to cook anything. We weren't trying to "get by", which was very apprecited. Nicely furnished and decorated, relatively convenient to slopes. Close to chondola and grocery store, a car isnt really required if you are willing to walk 5 minutes. Not so big you get lost in house, not so small you feel crammed in. We were celebrating a Birthday and were surprised by a lovely boquet of flowers waiting when we arrived. Unless our group is too big next year, we will be back. Great for up to 5-6 adults.
