We are also located within walking or biking distance of multiple restaurants, the Cape Cod Inflatable Park, Polar Caves Ice Cream, Keltic Kitchen, Ann and Frans (Go for brunch, but go early. Trust us!), Downtown Hyannis, the bike path that could take you all the way to Ptown, and more.

You will love the beautifully appointed one-floor living this home offers. The open floor plan for the kitchen, dining room, and living room with large screen tv allows for lots of conversations while meal prep is going on if that is your thing. Choose from the main bedroom with a queen bed and a guest bedroom with a queen bed, or the bunk room with a double bed and twin bunks, sleeping up to 4. Full-bathroom on the main level has a tub and shower. Enjoy the convenience of the brand new washer/dryer in the basement, AC for those hot and humid summer days, smart TV, and a luxury full kitchen with beautiful, new stainless appliances make this your perfect home away from home.

The outside area offers a spacious deck with entrances from two separate sliders with a private, fully-fenced-in yard, a spacious outdoor shower with changing room, gas grill, and seating will be available for Spring/Summer 2024 rentals.

The basement adds great extra living space, ideal for a home office, playroom, or storage. Please note that it is not designated as sleeping space.

Linens provided, just bring your bikes, beach towels, and walking shoes!

Yarmouth sells beach parking passes for cars for $75 per week, allowing you access to ALL the beaches for a full 7 days. Passes can be purchased through any beach parking attendant.

Disclaimer: Admin fee of $175 is not yet included. This rental property strictly enforces a no parties policy. Guests are not permitted to host parties, events, or large gatherings at any time during their stay. Additional charges will apply to cover any damages, additional cleanings or other fees. If a remote control is lost, you will be responsible for covering a replacement cost of $75, in addition to the cost of the remote itself.
