Ingrid welcomes you to her beautiful one bedroom condo in Hale Kamaole, centrally located on Maui's Sunshine Coast in Kihei.

Hale Kamaole is just a few minutes from Kamaole Beach Park #3, one of Maui's most beautiful beaches.

Wailea with great shopping and several golf courses is just a short drive down the road..

My condo has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. There is a king-size bed in the bedroom as well as a very comfortable roll-a-way bed which can be set up anywhere in the condo. In June 2016, we replaced the furniture in both the dining as well as the living room area with brand new items including a brand new queen size pull out couch.

My condo is located on the second floor in a six storey building facing south, with a garden view from the living room as well as the lanai.

The Hale Kamaole complex features two swimming pools, a tennis court, barbecues, and lush gardens.

All of my previous guests have enjoyed staying in my beautiful condo and I know that you will as well.

Why Ingrid O'Connor chose South Maui

Our in-laws had bought a condo in Kihei and were always telling us about the fabulous beaches, good weather (far less rain than on other parts of the island), casual atmosphere and great location of Kihei and that is how we ended up buying a condo in Kihei as well.

What makes this condo unique

Hale Kamaole is a beautifully landscaped property that spreads out over seven acres. The complex is comprised of 8 low rise buildings with a total of 188 spacious one and two bedroom condos, each with its own private lanai. It is located right across from fabulous Kamaole Beach #3.

Arrived at the condo late and found the instructions provided very helpful. The Condo was very clean, The king size bed was extremely comfortable as was the cot that was provided. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect for a quiet week away. The beach was right across the street and we saw turtles every single time we went into the water. Having been to Maui 3 previous times I have fallen in love with the Kihei after this trip. Loved the condo, the pool was very warm. Cant say enough good things about our experience.

Great Location

We stayed at this condo for a week in February. From initial contact to the prompt return of our deposit the owner was a pleasure to deal with.

We were very pleased with the condo. It was very well-maintained and clean with attractive decor and furnishings. The kitchen had everything we required, the bedroom was comfortable with plenty of drawer/hanging space (and air conditioning) and although the living area was comfortable and spacious we did not use it as we spent all our condo time on the lanai. The lanai is larger than most of the ones we have experienced in Kihei with a garden view. On the lanai is a cupboard containing beach gear. We were very pleased with the new Tommy Bahama chairs, umbrellas and mats provided.

The condo is directly across the road from the south end of Kam 3 beach. It's a short walk for either a day on the beach or a drink at sunset. Kam 3 is a great beach, a mostly sandy bottom that has good snorkeling on the south end rocks if conditions are good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this condo and appreciate having the opportunity to stay there.

Very nice ...

Very nice condo. Hale Kamaole complex is great! Close to pools, beaches and amenities nearby.

Condo has most everything you need for your stay. (Beach chairs, mats, umbrellas etc)

Extra fans in the unit were much appreciated for the humid hot temperatures this time of the year.

Spacious and clean, very nice.

Just left Kihei and now one our way to Oahu, this condo was everything we needed and more. To be honest we didn't spend a ton of time there except for sleeping because we were out exploring this beautiful island and all it has to offer. The condo is very clean, spacious and well decorated. I would definitely stay here again. If there are any bad reviews I would ignore as it's probably people who look for things to complain about. This place is great! Ingrid was super easy to deal with, sent a few emails back and forth... made the payments and voila. Easy peasy right from the start. Thanks Ingrid.
