Poconos Tiny Home at Arrowhead Lake community

We have a modern meets rustic feel, from a brand new Roku smart TV with wifi, sound machines in each room, mini-split AC/heat system and open concept with modern furniture and appliances to a wood burning fireplace in a cozy cabin tiny home tucked into the peaceful, serene secluded woods with deer trotting by regularly and the sound of nothing but trees and leaves blowing in the wind.

*We provide all linens, pillows, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion, all basic kitchen essentials (pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, mixing bowls, electric mixer) including olive oil, red wine vinegar, various spices, condiments and bottled water in the fridge, a coffeemaker (carafe or k-cup, your choice), non-dairy coffee mate creamer, tea kettle with tea bags, drinkable sediment filtered well water, and cocktail shaker set with custom ice balls already in the freezer for you. A propane/gas grill with grill utensils in a covered outside dining area with cornhole, lawn chairs for beach days and a backyard fire pit for those spectacular spring-fall nights in the mountains.

Just bring your bathing suits, biking/hiking/fishing gear and come ready to enjoy the 3 heated pools, 2 lakes, playgrounds, lodge with billiards, game room and tons of events, countless nearby hiking, ATV rentals, downtown Jim Thorpe scenery/shopping/eating/drinking and other resort amenities within a very easy, relaxing 10-40min of this tiny home.

No need to leave your pup (1 that is over 30lbs or 2 that are under 30lbs) at home either, they stay for only $50. As long as you agree to keep a close eye on and clean up after them (we provide a Dustbuster in the closet for fur pick-up). We even provide the poop bags and bowls!

-Pools are open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend but the lake is accessible from the beaches from dusk to dawn and are always swim at your own risk as lifeguards are not present there. Rental shack for kayaks and other equip are open daily Memorial Day to Labor Day, and weekends only from Labor Day to Indigenous peoples’ day.

————-PLEASE NOTE: —————Arrowhead Lake is one of the few private gated lake communities in the area that allows short term rentals. The registration and access fees help keep Arrowhead Lake open & safe for all homeowners and guests throughout the year.

Registration:
-Temporary membership/resort fees for 1 vehicle ($20), 1 registration ($35) and 2 people over the age of 6 ($6pp/per night) are all included in your regular reservation.
****children under 6 are always free! If that’s not reflected in your reservation because of the VRBO system please message us and we will adjust it.
