This is the second time my family has stayed in this location. The apartment is perfect for what it is, the cost is reasonable, and it's great for longer term stays when a hotel and eating at restaurants gets to be too much. The neighborhood is very convenient and has a lot of character, and David is a helpful host.

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. David is an excellent host. Our checkout time was 11 PM but David allowed as to stay as long as we wanted. The house is clean and the beds are comfortable. We are definitely renting this place again. Thank you so much David!!

Terrific Midtown Townhouse

We stayed for one week in this nicely appointed and comfortable townhome. It’s in a great neighborhood with cafes and midtown commercial areas within walking distance.

So Great!

We REALLY loved staying here. We moved our daughter across the country to midtown and it was so nice to be able to stay right near her new place. David was so great as a host and answered all questions so timely. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Excellent property and owner

We had a great time at this location. Traveling with an infant can be difficult but having a safe home we could come back to instead of a hotel room made our trip very pleasant. The property was clean with plenty of utensils and cookware, blankets, towels, and basics that a family needs to feel like they're at a home away from home. Midtown is also a great location with many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The owner was very responsive, friendly, and kind. His generosity was much appreciated and the next time we're in town we may try to book this property again.
