This is where your group actually hangs out.

Set in the Texas Hill Country near Canyon Lake, this private retreat is designed for more than just somewhere to sleep — it’s built for shared experiences, relaxed weekends, and time together that actually feels like a getaway.

Start your evenings around the firepit as the sun sets, cool off or unwind in the heated and chilled cowboy pool, then head over to your private game barn for movies on a 17-foot screen, pool, axe throwing, and games under the lights. Whether it’s a family trip, a birthday weekend, or just an excuse to get everyone together, this is the kind of place where plans happen naturally.

Inside, the home is single-story with a bright, open layout that keeps everyone connected while still offering space to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen makes group meals easy, with both an espresso machine and drip coffee setup for slow mornings, and a dining table that brings everyone together.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms:
• Primary King Suite with en-suite bathroom, porch access, and Smart TV
• Two Queen Bedrooms with Smart TVs
• Twin XL Room (sleeps 4) with two Twin XL beds plus a daybed with trundle

All beds include quality mattresses, fresh linens, and extra pillows and blankets. A Pack ’n Play is also available for families travelling with little ones.

Outside, you’ve got space to spread out and enjoy the Hill Country setting — the cowboy pool offers hot tub vibes in cooler months and a refreshing dip in summer, alongside outdoor dining, a charcoal grill, and a large yard for games, relaxing, or simply doing nothing at all.

You’re just a short drive from Canyon Lake, boat ramps, local restaurants, and Hill Country wineries — but many guests find they don’t want to leave once they settle in.

Designed for groups, not just stays — this is a place to reconnect, celebrate, and make the kind of memories you’ll talk about long after the trip ends.

Great Getaway Spot

My group enjoyed our stay for a long weekend. House was super clean and easily fit 8 of us. We enjoyed our time hanging out by the pit and shooting pool. Host was easy to communicate with and checked in to see if anything was needed. Would definitely stay again.

Me and some of my friends stayed here this past weekend for a quick birthday celebration and get away. And it was the perfect place. It was amazing. The host was the best host I have ever dealt with. She was very quick to respond to messages and always available. The house was very clean and relaxing. It was very kid friendly with lots of fun activities for the whole family ro enjoy. When arrived it was such a breeze to check in. We arrived and it was so nice to literally walk in place things in the rooms and been able to start enjoying ourselves due to simple rules and clear explanation on how to navigate things. The host did a marvelous job on communicating. I will be staying here again and sharing with friemds and family so they can enjoy this amazing experience.

Perfect home.

My family and I stayed to celebrate a high school graduation. It accomodated my family with room to spare. This home has everything we needed. My family felt cozy and it had a homey feeling. We will def stay at this home again.

Perfect getaway

The house was Immaculate. Very clean house and everything was just as described. We enjoyed our time there and will definitely return. Host was very attentive and responsive to our texts. We felt very comfortable at our mini getaway. This is a place we would recommend to others.

A family who needed space, and accessibility

I had a party of 8, two of which were small children and 2 who were elderly, with limited capacity to move around. The house was great and very accessible for my uncle with Parkinson's. It had space and everything else you may needs for a 3 days getaway. It was well equipped and modern. Joanna was a great host, paying attention to details, answering questions promptly, was nice and polite. The house was very clean, along with everything else in it. It was a close drive to a big supermarket, gas station, places to eat, nature trails and other major landmarks around the area. I definitely recommend this house and plan on going back.

Our family’s life revolves around skateparks—drafty warehouses in winter, sun-baked concrete in summer—and traveling the world for WCMX competitions. With so much time on the road, we’ve stayed in more short-term rentals than we can count, often out of necessity due to allergies and dietary needs. Those experiences taught us how much the small details matter, and they’ve shaped the kind of spaces we now create for guests.

What started as a personal project has grown into a true family business. We’ve now completed two years of hosting and co-hosting multiple properties, bringing together our love of travel, accessibility awareness, and the skate community. Our Hill Country retreat doubles as our winter training base, but when we’re not there, we genuinely love sharing it with families, groups, and fellow riders.

With every stay and every review, we continue to learn and level up. Thanks to guest feedback, we’ve already made thoughtful upgrades—and we have even more improvements planned for the years ahead.
