Beautiful villa with fantastic view to the sea and beaches at Ferradurinha

This fantastic villa was made by the famous Brazilian architect Claudio Bernandes in 1993

The house is built in a special timber just to be found in Buzios. Only 3 houses with this project exists in Buzios

The large picture windows in the living room and old-fashioned, hand made bricks on the roof. Very nice and has to be seen. Each room is specially made with their own names and each room has a private bathroom and toalett.

From each room you can walkt out to a beautiful and very private garden

If you want to go the beach, then its only 8-10 min walk from the house to Geriba or Ferrandurinha ....

The house is only 10 minutes by car to the city center. you can rent a 'buggry' (beach car), so it is easy to go for a trip to the beach or have a meal at one of the good restaurants in town

Please note that we have top modern high speed Fans in the sleeping rooms and living room, NOT Air Condition. But this is not a problem ,its nice and cold

Guest Access

Here you can relax in our pool, have a barbecue on the grill, relax on the large balcony or use our garden. There is also a games room downstairs with a football table. (Toto) Good evening enjoyment.

It is not allowed to move toto of the Games Room. Or furniture inside the house to the outside

In the house there is a cozy lounge with TV (25 Portuguese channels),

Downstairs you will find a good selection of books in several languages.All free for guest use

There is also a dining room with seating for about 8 people at once

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, microwave and other fascilities. Lots of plates, cups, forks, knives for 12 people.

Please note that this home is self catering. Guests renting buy your own food. No food included in the rent ..

The maximum number of people in the house is 12 because there are 12 beds.

Interaction with guests

We have a ”caseiro” that can help with anything you need to take care of, and we can offer “empregada” service if you need to have your clothes washed and so on. This can be arranged directly with Graciane for little salary

The Neighborhood

The house is in a quiet neighborhood with walking distance to town or several large supermarkets

This is a very safe part of Buzios without any problems. Mostly locals from Buzios live here,

Coming and Going

You need to rent a car or buggy to get around the area. we can help with renting a car.
Ask about this when you come to the house.

If you want to visit the nearby town of Cabo Frio, you can catch a local bus that is going all the time.

From Rio to Buzios you can go by bus departing from the main bus terminal in Buzios every two hours in each direction. There is also a direct bus connection to / from the international airport RIO about 3-4 times a day.

You can park your car in a safe area in front of our house. We have a stone wall around our property and light throughout the night.
